参加申込み

参加申し込みは本ウェブサイトで行います。
参加費は会場で現金でお支払いいただきます。
参加申し込みが完了しても、参加定員数などの関係で参加が認められない場合があります。
本大会は申込が275人を超えた場合自動で申込が終了します。ご留意ください。
参加申し込みは先着順で承認されます。申し込みが承認された方にはメールを送信いたします。
個別に配慮を要する特別な事情があれば、事前にお問い合わせください。

参加申込み内容の変更・キャンセル

参加申し込みの登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は(speedcubingkansai@googlegroups.com)までご連絡ください。

3×3×3キューブ：0円
2×2×2キューブ, ピラミンクス, スキューブ：各1,000円

Registration

Registration is available on this website.
The fee will be paid in cash at the venue.
Even if you have completed the registration, you may not be allowed to participate in the event due to the number limitation of participants.
Please note that registration for this competition will automatically close once it exceeds 275 participants.
Registration will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. An email will be sent to those whose applications have been approved.

Changing or canceling your registration

競技参加者以外の来場について

• 見学者は競技参加者の同伴としてのみ認められます。
• 同伴は1名まで認められます。
• 参加申込フォームの該当項目に同伴者数(1)を入力してください。

Non-competitors attendance follows the policys below.

• Spectators are allowed only as companions of registered competitors.
• Each competitor may be accompanied by one person only.
• Please enter the number of a guest(1) in the designated field on the registration form.

競技グループ分けおよび役割分担は、大会数日前に公開する予定です。

The competition groupings and role assignments are scheduled to be published a few days before the event.

各種目上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
NR、CR、WRを更新した選手を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
非公式イベント上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。

The top three finishers in each event will be recognized and awarded certificates.
Certificates will also be given to the competitors who have set a new NR, CR, or WR.
The top three finishers in the unofficial event will be recognized and awarded certificates.

非公式イベントとしてルービックマジックを実施します。
競技形式はAo5です。
制限時間：30.00
通常の表彰に加え、非公式イベントの表彰を第3位まで実施します。
※当日スケジュールにより非公式イベントを中止とする可能性があります。ご留意ください。

An unofficial event, Rubik's Magic will be held.
The competition format is Ao5.

In addition to the standard awards, we will present awards up to 3rd place for the unofficial event.
Note: Depending on the day’s schedule, the unofficial event may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）

このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。参加申し込み後は登録したメールアドレスのメールボックスを確認すること、および回答にご協力ください。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)

For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition. Please check the mailbox of the registered email address and submit a response.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。

• 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
• 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
• 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
• 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
• 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のSNS/HPなどで使用することがあります。
• 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
• 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。
• 大会における未成年者の安全確保に関しましては、大会実施中および大会会場への往復を含む移動中においても保護者の皆様に監督責任があることをご理解いただきますようお願いいたします。未成年者が事故やトラブルに巻き込まれることのないようご配慮のほど、よろしくお願いします。
• 受付時間は09:00〜09:30です。 受付時間内にお越しください。 受付時間に受付を済ませられない場合、失格となる場合があります(規則2k1)
• 大会当日における忘れ物の管理は、運営チームでは行っておりません。以下ご留意ください。
• 忘れ物を運営チームが持ち帰ることはありません。
• 大会終了後に発覚した忘れ物についても、運営チームでは一切対応いたしかねます。 ご自身の貴重品や荷物は、ご自身の責任で管理いただきますようお願いいたします。 紛失・盗難などのトラブルにつきましても、運営側では責任を負いかねます。

Please agree the following precautions before registration:

• If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
• Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
• Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
• Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
• For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
• Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
• Competition may be canceled for some unexpected reason, even after your registration is approved.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of minors during the competition and during transportation to and from the competition venue.
• Check in period is from 09:00 to 09:30. Please make sure to arrive in time. If you fail to check in during this period, you may be disqualified according to WCA regulation 2k1.
• The competition organizing team does not manage lost and found items on the day of the event. Please keep the following in mind:
• The organizing team will not take any lost items home.
• We will not be able to respond to any items discovered to be missing after the competition has ended. Please take full responsibility for managing your own belongings and valuables. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or other related incidents.
