参加申込み

• 参加申し込みは本ウェブサイトで行います
• 参加費は会場で現金でお支払いいただきます
• 参加申し込みが完了しても、参加定員数の都合などの関係で参加が認められない場合があります。
• 参加申し込みは先着順で承認されます。申込み承認された方にはメールを送信いたします。
• 本大会は申込が125人を超えた場合自動で申込が終了します。ご留意ください。
• 個別に配慮を要する特別な事情があれば、事前にお問い合わせください。（kurukurukai-kantosummer2025@googlegroups.com）

参加申込み内容の変更・キャンセル

• 参加申し込みの登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、kurukurukai-kantosummer2025@googlegroups.comまでご連絡ください。

参加費

• 1種目参加：2,000円
• 2種目参加：3,000円

Registration

• Registration is available on this website.
• The fee will be paid in cash at the venue.
• Even if you have completed the registration, you may not be allowed to participate in the event due to the number limitation of participants.
• Applications will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. An email will be sent to those whose applications have been approved.
• Please note that registration for this competition will automatically close once it exceeds 125 participants.
• If you have special circumstances that require individual consideration, please contact us in advance. (kurukurukai-kantosummer2025@googlegroups.com)

Changing or canceling your registration

• If you wish to change your registration details (e.g., add more events, change the number of accompanying persons, etc.) or cancel your participation, please contact us at kurukurukai-kantosummer2025@googlegroups.com

Fee

• 1 event: 2,000 yen
• 2 events: 3,000 yen

競技参加者以外の来場について

• 競技参加者への同伴は2名まで認められます。参加申込フォームの該当項目に同伴者数を入力してください。同伴者の会場入場料は一人当たり1000円です。当日受付でお支払いください。
• 見学を希望される方はメールにてお名前を記載の上ご連絡ください（入場料1,000円）。

Non-competitors attendance follows the policys below.

• Two guests is allowed to accompany a participant in the competition. Please enter the number of guests on your registration form. The admission fee for the accompanying person is 1000 JPY per person. Please pay the fee at the reception desk on the day of the event.

競技グループ

競技グループ分けおよび役割分担は、大会一週間前ごろに公開予定です。

交流会

• 参加自由の交流会です。参加必須ではありません。
• Kanto Summer PM 2025終了後、施設会場を交流会の場として開放します（18:10頃～）。飲食自由です。
• 交流会において特別なイベントを用意していませんが、キューバーの知り合いを作る場にしていただければ幸いです。
• ただしKanto Summer AM 2025の参加者（同伴者）はKanto Summer PM 2025の開催時間の間は会場には入れません。Kanto Summer PM 2025の開催時間の間は大田区民プラザ以外の場所で時間を過ごしていただき、時間になりましたら交流会にお越しください。Kanto Summer PM 2025の見学者枠に空きがある場合は、見学者としてお申込みいただき、承認されればKanto Summer PM 2025の開催時間中も会場に留まることは可能です。

Assignment Table

The competition groupings and role assignments are scheduled to be published around one week before the event.

Social Space

• Participation is not mandatory.
• After Kanto Summer PM 2025, the venue will be opened for social gathering (from around 18:40).
• Any special events are not prepared, but we would be happy if you could use it as a place to make cuber friends.
• Please spend your time outside of the venue during the time of Kanto Summer PM 2025, and come back to the venue when the time comes. If there are open slots for visitors to Kanto Summer PM 2025, you may apply as a visitor and, if approved, remain on the venue during the duration of Kanto Summer PM 2025.

表彰

• 各種目上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
• 国内記録、大陸記録、世界記録を樹立した選手を表彰します。

Award

• The top three finishers in each event will be recognized and awarded certificates.
• Certificates will also be given to the competitors who have recorded their NR(national record), CR(continental record), and WR(world record).

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）
このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。予めご了承ください。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。

• 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
• 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
• 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
• 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像、大会結果を大会運営者のSNS/HPなどで使用することがあります。
• 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
• 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。
• 大会における未成年者の安全確保に関しましては、大会実施中および大会会場への往復を含む移動中においても保護者の皆様に監督責任があることをご理解いただきますようお願いいたします。未成年者が事故やトラブルに巻き込まれることのないようご配慮のほど、よろしくお願いします。
• 受付時間は14:00〜14:30です。 受付時間内にお越しください。 受付時間に受付を済ませられない場合、失格となる場合があります(規則2k1)

Please agree the following precautions before registration:

• If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
• Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
• Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
• For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos / records of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
• Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
• Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of minors during the competition and during transportation to and from the competition venue.
• Check in period is from 14:00 to 14:30. Please make sure to arrive in time. If you fail to check in during this period, you may be disqualified according to WCA regulation 2k1.
