参加申込み

• 参加申し込みは本ウェブサイトで行います
• 参加費は会場で現金でお支払いいただきます
• 参加申し込みが完了しても、参加定員数の都合などの関係で参加が認められない場合があります
• 参加申し込みは先着順で承認されます。申込み承認された方にはメールを送信いたします。
• 個別に配慮を要する特別な事情があれば、事前にお問い合わせください。（kurukurukai-kantospring2025@googlegroups.com）

参加申込み内容の変更・キャンセル

• 参加申し込みの登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、kurukurukai-kantospring2025@googlegroups.comまでご連絡ください。

参加費

• 1種目参加：3,000円
• 2種目参加：4,000円
• 3種目参加：5,000円

Registration

• Registration is available on this website.
• The fee will be paid in cash at the venue.
• Even if you have completed the registration, you may not be allowed to participate in the event due to the number limitation of participants.
• Applications will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. An email will be sent to those whose applications have been approved.
• If you have special circumstances that require individual consideration, please contact us in advance. (kurukurukai-kantospring2025@googlegroups.com)

Changing or canceling your registration

• If you wish to change your registration details (e.g., add more events, change the number of accompanying persons, etc.) or cancel your participation, please contact us at kurukurukai-kantospring2025@googlegroups.com

Fee

• 1 event: 3,000 yen
• 2 events: 4,000 yen
• 3 events: 5,000 yen

競技参加者以外の来場について

• 競技参加者への同伴は2名まで認められます。参加申込フォームの該当項目に同伴者数を入力してください。同伴者の会場入場料は一人当たり1000円です。当日受付でお支払いください。
• 競技参加者とは関係のない見学の方は、申し込み締め切り後（5/10以降）に会場に余裕があれば受け付けます。このタブにてお知らせしますので5/10以降にご確認ください。

Non-competitors attendance follows the policys below.

• Two guests is allowed to accompany a participant in the competition. Please enter the number of gests on your registration form. The admission fee for the accompanying person is 1000 JPY per person. Please pay the fee at the reception desk on the day of the event.
• Visitors who are not related to competitors could be accepted after the registration deadline (after May 10) if there is room at the venue. Please check this web tab after 5/10 to be notified.

表彰

• 各種目上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
• 国内記録、大陸記録、世界記録を樹立した選手を表彰します。

追加表彰

なお、第一ラウンドの3x3x3 キューブに関し以下の世代別表彰も行います（WCA上の表彰とは異なります）。

(1)小学校入学前の部
(2)小学生の部
(3)中学生の部
(4)シニアの部（40歳以上）

Award

• The top three finishers in each event will be recognized and awarded certificates.
• Certificates will also be given to the competitors who have recorded their NR(national record), CR(continental record), and WR(world record).

Additional Award

In addition, the following generational awards will be given for the 3x3x3 cube in the first round (different from the WCA awards).

(1) Pre-elementary school division
(2) Elementary School division
(3) Junior High School division
(4) Senior Division (40 years old and above)

競技グループ分けおよび役割分担は、大会一週間前ごろに公開予定です。

The competition groupings and role assignments are scheduled to be published around one week before the event.

表彰式の前後で交流イベントを開催します。以下は予定しているイベントですが変更になる可能性があります。詳細は当日お伝えします。

4. 　チームBLD
5. 　その他
交流イベントへのご参加は当日受け付けます。
また16:30以降は会場にて飲食可となります。交流イベントなどを通じて日頃会えないキューバーの方々と交流を持っていただければ幸いです。

A extra event will be held before and after the awards ceremony. The following are the planned events but may be subject to change. Details will be provided on the day of the event.
1. Tentative Teacher-Student Competition
2. Factory Solve
3. Team competition
4. Team BLD
5. Others
Participation in the extra events will be registered on the day of the event.
Food and beverages will be available at the venue after 16:30. We hope that you will have a chance to meet other Cubers whom you may not be able to meet on a regular basis through the extra events.

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）
このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。予めご了承ください。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。

• 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
• 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
• 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
• 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のSNS/HPなどで使用することがあります。
• 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
• 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。
• 大会における未成年者の安全確保に関しましては、大会実施中および大会会場への往復を含む移動中においても保護者の皆様に監督責任があることをご理解いただきますようお願いいたします。未成年者が事故やトラブルに巻き込まれることのないようご配慮のほど、よろしくお願いします。

Please agree the following precautions before registration:

• If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
• Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
• Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
• For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
• Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
• Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of minors during the competition and during transportation to and from the competition venue.
