ВНИМАНИЕ!!!
1. Участник не достигший 16 лет, обязательно должен быть в сопровождении совершеннолетнего. При этом родители, родственники или опекуны СОГЛАШАЮТСЯ, с тем, что они несут полную и личную ответственность за безопасность несовершеннолетнего участника в период и на территории проведения соревнований.
2. Головоломки, используемые в соревнованиях должны иметь отличительные отметки, по которым их легко может идентифицировать владелец. Организаторы не несут ответственности за утерю личных вещей.
3. Допуск участников и гостей будет производиться строго по предварительным спискам регистрации и при наличии документов удостоверяющих личность. Если по каким то причинам происходит замена гостя, Вам необходимо уведомить об этом организаторов не позднее 31.03.2020 года.

ATTENTION!!!
1. If a minor participant stays on the championship independently, then parents, relatives or guardians must bring him in person and pick him up personally at the end of the competition day. At the same time, parents, relatives or guardians must provide an ENTRY-AGREEMENT, that they bear full and personal responsibility for the safety of the minor party left unaccompanied.
2. Puzzles for competition must have distinctive marks by which the owner can easily identify them (for example, scratched initials or the name on the inside of the removable center cap).
3. Admission of participants and guests are strictly according to the preliminary registration list and according to their identification documents. If for some reason the guest is replaced, you need to notify the organizers no later than 03/31/2020.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
