Jogja Fun Speedcubing is a speedcubing competition which was only held in 1 day. This competition is also open to anyone and from citizens of any country.We will not accept your registration if you haven't made any confirmation to us.
All competitors will get a certificate and some souvenirs.
All competitors must be familiar with the WCA regulations.
Jogja Fun Speedcubing adalah kompetisi speedcubing yang hanya diadakan dalam waktu 1 hari saja. Kompetisi ini juga terbuka untuk siapa saja dan dari warga negara mana saja.
Kami tidak akan menerima pendaftaran Anda jika Anda belum melakukan konfirmasi kepada kami.
Semua peserta akan mendapatkan sertifikat dan beberapa suvenir
Semua kompetitor harus memahami regulasi WCA.

There is a competitor limit of 70 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is Rp120,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.
Registration Fee
Registration fee to join Jogja Fun Speedcubing 2023 is subjected to the number of events.
1-2 events = Rp120.000
3-4 events = Rp140.000
5-7 events = Rp160.000Registration Procedure
1. Please put your Whatsapp number in the comment section while filling the registration
2. Pay according to the amount of the registration fee via bank transfer to bank account: BCA Syariah 0550009500 a/n Fayad Hafiz Attaqi
3. Confirm your registration by sending the transfer payment reciept via Whatsapp (Fayad)
Confirmation format: (name of competitor)-(the list of events competed)-(date of birth {DDMMYYYY})
Example: Wong Fei Hung-3x3, 2x2, 4x4, 3x3 One-Handed, Megaminx, Pyraminx, Skewb-26062002
4. Registration will only be accepted and considered completed when the payment and confirmation has been successfully done.Refund Policy
1. Refund can only be done within one of these scenarios:
* Refund can only be done when the registration has been accepted and completed but unable to attend the competition, or
* Competition has reached the limit of competitors, or
* Competition is cancelled due to the government rules regarding Covid-19 pandemic, or
* Competitor must do self-isolation from Covid-19, or is waiting results of Covid-19 test.
2. The amount that can be refunded is 75% of the registration fee
3. Bank administration fee borne by competitor
4. Competitor can request a refund to the organizer before the deadline, if it passes the deadline then the registration fee cannot be refunded

* Kompetisi telah mencapai batas jumlah peserta, atau
* Kompetisi dibatalkan karena aturan pemerintah terkait pandemi Covid-19, atau
* Peserta harus melakukan isolasi mandiri dari Covid-19, atau sedang menunggu hasil tes Covid-19.
2. Jumlah uang yang dapat dikembalikan adalah 75% dari biaya pendaftaran
3. Biaya administrasi bank ditanggung peserta
4. Peserta dapat mengajukan refund kepada organizer sebelum waktu deadline, jika melewati waktu deadline maka uang pendaftaran tidak dapat di refund - Highlights

What COVID safety protocols will be in place?
We require all participants and guests over 18 years of age to have had the Covid-19 vaccination.
Face masks are mandated for all competitors and guests.
There will be an increased focus on hand hygiene and maintaining social distancing, hand sanitiser will be available throughout the venue.
There will be an increased cleaning regime.
Competitors may bring one or two guests.
Competitors MUST NOT attend if they are:
- unwell with any COVID symptoms
- been directed to isolate by the Department of Health or local Puskesmas.
- awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test
Can competitors get a refund if they are isolating?
Yes, if competitors are in isolation they will be eligible for a refund of their registration fees. They must email us before past the refund deadline.
Will there be an attendee limit at this competition?
The venue has have a maximum number of persons allowed due to COVID safety protocols, however we do not limit guest of the competitor.
Do competitors and guests have to wear a face mask?
Face masks are mandatory all competitors and guests in line with Kemenkes and Satgas COVID regulations.
Can competitors bring their own face mask and/or hand sanitiser?
Yes, it is recommended that competitors bring their own face mask and hand sanitiser. Hand sanitiser will be provided at the venue.
Can I still borrow some one else's puzzles?
We advise against sharing of puzzles.
Please make sure competitor puzzles are legal for competition.
All of the information regarding cube legality can be found in the WCA Regulations. If competitors are unsure about this please don't hesitate to contact the organisers with any questions.
Protokol keamanan COVID apa yang akan diterapkan?
Kami mewajibkan untuk semua peserta dan tamu di atas 18 tahun sudah melakukan vaksinasi Covid-19.
Masker wajah wajib untuk semua peserta dan tamu.
Akan ada peningkatan fokus pada kebersihan tangan dan menjaga jarak sosial, hand sanitizer akan disediakan oleh panitia di beberapa sudut area.
Peserta DILARANG hadir jika mereka:
- Sakit dengan gejala COVID.
- Diinstruksikan untuk isolasi oleh Dinas Kesehatan atau Puskesmas setempat.
- Sedang menunggu hasil tes COVID-19 atau hasil tes sudah rilis.
Bisakah peserta mendapatkan pengembalian dana jika mereka isolasi mandiri?
Ya, jika peserta sedang dalam masa karantina maupun isolasi mandiri, mereka akan memenuhi syarat untuk mendapatkan pengembalian uang dari biaya pendaftaran mereka. Mereka harus mengirim email atau menghubungi WhatsApp panitia sebelum melewati batas waktu pengembalian dana.
Apakah akan ada batasan jumlah orang pada kompetisi ini?
Tempat acara memiliki jumlah maksimum orang yang diizinkan karena protokol keselamatan COVID, akan tetapi kami tidak membatasi jumlah orang yang mendampingi peserta.
Apakah peserta dan tamu harus memakai masker?
Masker wajah wajib bagi seluruh peserta lomba dan tamu sesuai aturan Kemenkes dan Satgas COVID tentang aktivitas di dalam ruangan.
Bolehkah peserta membawa masker dan/atau hand sanitiser sendiri?
Ya, panitia menyarankan agar peserta membawa masker dan hand sanitiser sendiri. Handsanitizer juga akan disediakan di berbagai sudut.
Bolehkah saya meminjam rubik's cube orang lain?
Kami menyarankan untuk tidak saling meminjamkan cube atau peralatan lomba lainnya.
Pastikan cube peserta legal untuk kompetisi
Semua informasi mengenai legalitas kubus dapat ditemukan di Peraturan WCA. Jika peserta tidak yakin tentang hal ini, jangan ragu untuk menghubungi panitia penyelenggara untuk bertanya.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
