• Il costo di registrazione deve essere pagato in anticipo online per poter completare il processo di registrazione. Nessuna registrazione sarà accettata senza pagamento.

1. Registrati per la competizione qui.
2. Una volta scelti gli eventi, e inviata l'iscrizione, comparirà il bottone per pagare i €35 della tassa d'iscrizione.
3. Per alcuni eventi, sono presenti dei requisiti di qualificazione. Se ottieni un risultato sufficiente a qualificarti dopo esserti già iscritto, puoi modificare la tua registrazione per quell'evento nella pagina di registrazione. Tutte le modifiche vanno fatte entro il 2 novembre alle 23:59 (CET).

Nota: la procedura di iscrizione è completa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.
Nota: non devi aspettare la conferma di associazione a Cubing Italy per registrarti.

Numero di partecipanti
C'è un limite di 275 partecipanti. Una volta raggiunto il limite, sarà aperta una lista d'attesa.

Quando posso registrarmi?
Le registrazioni aprono il 18 agosto alle 21:00 (CEST) e chiudono il 2 novembre alle 23:59 (CET).

Quanto costa?
Il costo di registrazione per questa competizione è:

• €35 (Euro) per i soci di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €50 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €35 online più €15 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validità di un anno, e si rinnova automaticamente ogni volta che si partecipa a una competizione.
Puoi associarti compilando questo modulo. Per i minori di 18 anni sarà necessaria la compilazione del modulo da parte di un genitore.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CET) del 2 novembre hai diritto al rimborso del 60% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Come funziona la lista d'attesa?
Verrai messo in lista d'attesa se completi il processo di registrazione dopo che il limite è già stato raggiunto.
Se un partecipante rinuncia, la prima persona in lista d'attesa verrà accettata e riceverà una mail di conferma.
Le persone in lista d'attesa possono rientrare tra i partecipanti fino al 14 novembre. Dopodiché la lista sarà chiusa e tutti coloro che non sono riusciti ad entrare riceveranno un rimborso del 100% sulla tassa di iscrizione.

N.B. Sarai considerato in lista d'attesa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

How do I register?

• You need to pay the registration fee in advance in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payments.

1. Register for the competition here.
2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €35 registration fee.
3. For some events, there are qualification requirements you need to meet. If you do later achieve the qualification standard for an event, you can add the event to your registration via the competition registration page. You must make any change to your registered events by November 2nd at 23:59 CET.

Note: The registration procedure is completed only after you have paid the registration fee.
Note: You don't need to wait for Cubing Italy's membership confirmation to register.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 275 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register?
Registration will open on August 18th at 21:00 (CEST) and close on November 2nd at 23:59 (CET).

How much does it cost?
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €35 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €50 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €35 online plus €15 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid for one year, and it will automatically renew every time you compete in an event organized by Cubing Italy.
You can become a member by filling out this online form. For people under 18 years old, a parent must compile the form.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CET) of November 2nd you will be refunded 60% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

How does the waiting list work?
You will be put on the waiting list if you complete the registration process after the competitor limit has been reached.
If someone on the competitor list resigns, the first person on the waiting list will be accepted and will receive a confirmation email.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until November 14th. The waiting list will then be closed and all the competitors that didn't manage to secure a spot will get a 100% refund on the registration fee.

Note: You will be put on the waiting list only after you have paid the registration fee.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are allowed, can attend for free.

Are guests allowed?
Guests are allowed, can attend for free.

Ti ricordiamo che la tua candidatura sarà considerata valida SOLO dopo che avrai completato il processo di registrazione.

Dopo questa data, il Team Organizzativo si prenderà qualche giorno per valutare le proposte e contatteremo via mail chi è stato selezionato.

After this date, the Organizing Team will take a few days to evaluate the proposals and we will contact those who have been selected via email.

FUN ZONE
Durante i tre giorni di gara sarà allestita la Fun Zone, uno spazio polifunzionale pensato per offrire momenti di informazione, svago e condivisione.
Presso il punto sarà possibile:

Informarsi – ricevere tutte le informazioni utili, proprio come in un tradizionale infopoint;
Giocare – divertirsi con attività come il bingo, il cubo allo specchio e molti altri giochi pensati per alleggerire la tensione della competizione;
Scambiare – portare i propri cubi non utilizzati o doppioni: potrebbero essere proprio ciò che un altro competitor sta cercando per completare la sua collezione;
Condividere – raccontare la propria esperienza sui social taggando @cubingitaly.

T-SHIRT FULLPRINT

Sono aperti gli ordini per le maglie ufficiali del Campionato Italiano stampate in fullprint.
Per preordinare la propria maglietta è necessario compilare il form entro il 19 ottobre, specificando la taglia.
Le magliette andranno ritirate direttamente durante il Campionato Italiano ed è richiesto il pagamento di una quota di €25 in loco.
Le magliette prenotate che non verranno ritirate entro le ore 14:00 del 7 dicembre verranno rimesse in vendita.

FUN ZONE
During the three days of competition, a Fun Zone will be set up — a multifunctional space designed to offer moments of information, fun, and connection.
At this area, you will be able to:

Get informed – receive all the useful information, just like at a traditional info point;
Play – have fun with activities such as bingo, solving the cube by looking at the mirror, and many other games designed to ease the competition tension;
Trade – bring your unused or duplicate cubes: they might be exactly what another competitor is looking for to complete their collection;
Share – tell your story on social media by tagging @cubingitaly.

T-SHIRT FULLPRINT

Orders are now open for the official Italian Championship t-shirt, printed in full print.
To pre-order your t-shirt, please fill out the form by October 19, specifying your size.
T-shirt must be collected in person during the Italian Championship, and a €25 payment is required on-site.
Pre-ordered jerseys that are not collected by 2:00 PM on December 7 will be put back on sale.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.
Durante la competizione i concorrenti saranno divisi in gruppi.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
