Registration requirements for the competition:

There is a competitor limit of 40 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 75 kr. (Danish Krone).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of 10 kr. (Danish Krone).
Dette er en tvillingekonkurrence med Hvidovre Summer Twin B 2021. Du må kun tilmelde dig den ene. Hvis du tilmelder dig begge vil den tilmelding, som er fuldendt først blive accepteret og den anden vil blive slettet. Du skal aflyse din tilmelding og oprette en ny fuldent tilmelding hvis du vil skifte konkurrence til den anden konkurrence.
Deadlinen for at opdatere de discipliner du er tilmeldt i er den 16. juli 23:59 dansk tid. Kontakt arrangørerne inden da, hvis du har behov for at justere din tilmelding.
Hvis deltagergrænsen bliver nået, så oprettes en venteliste. Tilmeldte på ventelisten med en fuldent tilmelding vil blive accepteret senest den 16. juli 23:59 dansk tid. Din tilmelding bliver slettet efter det, hvis du ikke bliver accepteret inden da, og du vil få deltagergebyret tilbagebetalt.
This is a twin competition with Hvidovre Summer Twin B 2021. You are only allowed to register for one of them. If you do register for both, the first completed registration will be kept and the other will be deleted. You must cancel your registration and create a new completed registration if you want to switch to the other competition.
The deadline for updating your registered events is July 16th 21:59 UTC. To do this, please contact the organization team.
If the competitor limit is reached, a waiting list will be created. Registrants on the waiting list with a completed registration will at latest be accepted July 16th 21:59 UTC. Otherwise your registration will be deleted and you will be refunded the registration fee.
Competitors without permanent residence ín Denmark must research the traveling restrictions before registering. You should only register if you can comply with the current restrictions and should not register in the hope that the situation changes. You can check out the current restrictions here.
