Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 32 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $5 (United States Dollar).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Requisitos de registro para esta competencia:
1. Completar el registro correctamente.
2 El pago de la inscirpción debe hacerse a la Cuenta no. 111884268 del Bac Credomatic a nombre de Carmen Elena Castro Dardano y seguidamente enviar un correo a jecuber3@gmail.com con el asunto "Happy Cubing Acton 2021" e incluir una foto del comprobante de pago, indicando los datos de la persona inscrita (Nombre, WCA ID si lo tiene) asi como las categorìas a realizar. El correo con dicha informacion debe ser recibido a mas tardar el dia Domingo 20 de Junio de 2021 a las 11:59 pm GMT-6 (hora local).
El pago incluye la participacion para todas las categorias disponibles.
Almuerzos
Para competidores e invitados, se preparan almuerzos por encargo, estarán listos en el lugar de competencia a la hora del receso de mediodía, el costo de cada plato es de $3.00. De estar interesados, realizar depósito en la misma cuenta y detallar en el correo la cantidad de platos a encargar.

3. Su registro sera aceptado solamente si se cumplen los requisitos arriba mencionados. NO se haran reembolsos si su registro no es aceptado por el incumplimiento de alguno de estos requisitos.
4. Agregar/Remover Eventos.
Competidores pueden solicitar (por correo electrónico) agregar eventos adicionales ANTES que cierre el registro.
Competidores no podrán agregar eventos después que el registro cierre.
Competidores pueden solicitar (por correo electrónico) el remover eventos de su registro, también es aceptable no presentarse a cualquier evento en el que no desees competir, si existe la posibilidad de que quieras participar en un evento, deberías registrarte para este.
5. Política para lista de espera.
Si el registro se llena, colocaremos a los competidores en una lista de espera. Para entrar a la lista de espera, tienes que registrarte y pagar. No estarás en la lista de espera hasta que el pago de registro sea realizado, si no sales de la lista de espera, recibirás un reembolso completo (para el cual tendrás que asistir al lugar y día de competencia en el horario entre 8:00 am-12:00 pm) de lo contrario el registro NO será reembolsado. Si un competidor notifica que no asistirá, la primera persona en la lista de espera la reemplazará, Competidores podrán ser reemplazados hasta el 20 de Junio de 2021, 12:00 pm gmt-6. Ningún competidor será agregado el día de la competencia.

Registration requirements for the competition:
1. Complete the registration correctly.
2. The registration fee has to be paid to Bac Credomatic Account number 111884268 to the name of Carmen Elena Castro Dardano, thereafter send an email to jecuber3@gmail.com with the subject "Happy Cubing Acton 2021", the competitor's information (Name, WCA ID if you have it), the categories to participate in. The email must be sent latest by Sunday June 20th 2021 at 11:59 pm GMT-6 (local time).
The payment includes all available categories.
Lunches
For competitors and guests, Lunch boxes will be available with prior requests. Lunches will be ready at the venue for the lunch break. Each lunch box will have a cost of $3.00. If you are interested, make the payment to the same bank account and include the number of requested lunches on the email.

3. Your registration will be accepted only if the requirements mentioned above are met. There will not be any refunds if your registration is not accepted due to failing to comply with any of the requirements.
4. Adding/Dropping Events
Competitors may request (by email) to be added to more events BEFORE registration closes.
Competitors may not add events after registration closes.
Competitors may request (by email) to remove events from their registration. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in. If there is a chance you will want to do an event, you should register for it!
5. Waitlist Policies
If registration fills up, we will place competitors on a waitlist. In order to get on the waitlist, you must register and pay. You are not on the waitlist until you pay the registration fee. If you do not make it to the waitlist, you will be fully refunded (for this you will have to go to the competition’s venue the day of the competition between 8:00 am and 12:00pm) otherwise the fee WILL NOT be refunded. If a competitor drops out, the first person on the waitlist will replace them. People can be replaced up until June 20th, 2021, 12:00 pm gmt-6. No competitors will be added on the day of the competition.
