On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of R$35 (Brazilian Real).

Antes de se inscrever, a participação nessa competição requer do competidor o conhecimento dos seguintes requisitos:

Visando ao bom andamento da competição, ao se inscrever em uma categoria, você se compromete também a ajudar como juiz ou embaralhador nessa categoria (conforme previsto nas regras da WCA). Dessa forma, a competição se torna autossustentável, e as atividades são divididas entre todos os participantes, não ficando pesado para apenas alguns.

Come to Guará Garage 2026, a new Rubik's Cube competition concept, the second in the city!

Before registering, participation in this competition requires the competitor to be aware of the following requirements:

It is essential to understand the WCA rules and regulations as it is an official competition. You can find them here.
The competition is open to anyone who wishes to participate, regardless of age, nationality, or speed of resolution.
Choose events to record carefully after reviewing the Events and Schedule tabs. Pay attention to the round formats and their cuts/limits.
Register through the WCA website. Registration will cost R$25.00 paid in advance via bank deposit or PIX. Registrations will be accepted on the day of the competition for a cost of R$35.00. Deposit account: 380 - PicPay Serviços S.A | Ag. 0001 | CC 9144863-8 -> Pix matcasvia@gmail.com
Send proof of payment to email matcasvia@gmail.com. Registrations will only be confirmed after sending the voucher.
Guests will have free entry to the event.

Aiming for the smooth running of the competition, when registering for a category, you also commit to helping as a judge or scrambler in that category (as provided for in the WCA rules). This way, the competition becomes self-sustainable, and the activities are divided among all participants, not becoming burdensome for just a few.

Attention: This competition will have a limit on competitors. Only sign up if you are sure you will participate.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
