After five years, the passion is revival, the long-anticipated Guangdong Open is finally returning.
On February 6-8, 2026, during the Chinese New Year season, let's gather again in Guangzhou.

With the return of a full combination of WCA events,
Featuring the new "Head-to-Head" format,
And in the midst of a rich festive atmosphere,
Let's write a new chapter together.

There is a competitor limit of 880 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ¥240 (Chinese Renminbi Yuan).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.


All registration must be done online via cubingchina.com. Please check the competition website for registration and the other information.
For Chinese domestic participants, a completed registration is online registration plus prepaid registration fee. For foreign participants, if you can't pay the fee online via Alipay, please contact the delegate by E-mail right after you finish the online registration. Then we will make a reservation for you by manually accepting your registration and you can pay the fee later within 3 days.
【Admission Rules】
There is no free admission for this competition. All spectators and accompanying persons must purchase an entry pass to enter the venue. Purchase Link:

Pass options are as follows:
A. One-Day Pass: RMB 60 per person per day
B. Three-Day Pass: RMB 150 per person for the entire event

Competitors under the age of 14 will receive one 50% discount coupon. This coupon can be used only once by one accompanying person to purchase one entry pass. The accompanying person must check in together with the competitor.
All entry passes must be purchased using real names. The ID card number is required for public security registration and for purchasing accident insurance.
All entry passes are non-transferable. One-day passes are not valid across different days. For example, a pass purchased for Feb 7th is only valid for that day and cannot be used for entry on Feb 8th.
Before the withdrawal deadline (January 18), if a competitor withdraws from the competition, the entry pass for their accompanying person will also be fully refunded to the original payment account.
Between the withdrawal deadline and the competition (January 19 - February 5), competitors cannot withdraw. However, they can contact the organizers to request a refund for entry passes, with a 90% refund amount.
The number of entry passes available for purchase offline on the day of the competition is limited. These passes are not eligible for the 50% discount for companions of junior competitors and do not include accident insurance.
If anyone is found inside the venue without wearing an entry pass, or is found transferring their pass/competitor badge to others, or engaging in any other disruptive behavior, the organizers have the right to remove them from the venue. Any affected competitor's eligibility and results may be disqualified as a consequence, and the responsibility will be borne by the competitor and their accompanying person.

Registered competitors can add events to their registration through the registration page on CubingChina before 2026-01-18 23:59:59 GMT +8. Event registration fees must be paid for added events.
Registered events cannot be exchanged for other events (for example, a competitor registered for 4x4 speedsolve cannot change their registration to 2x2 speedsolve). Registrations cannot be exchanged among different people.
