Information

Welcome to Greenwoods Clock Clash 2026!

The competition features Clock as the main event, alongside other official events: 3x3, 2x2, 6x6, Skewb, 3x3 Blindfolded, 4x4 Blindfolded, and Fewest Moves (FMC).

The competition will also include several unofficial events: 3×3 Supersolve, Master Magic, Cap On Pen, and the Mystery Event (limited to 6 participants). Participation in these events is completely optional—please visit the Unofficial Events tab for full details, rules, and registration instructions.

We encourage all competitors and guests to carefully read through the information tabs to stay updated on the schedule, event rules, venue guidelines, and registration requirements. This will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

🌍 Foreign Competitor Requirement

Foreign competitors may choose to pay their registration fee at the venue. However, they are still required to follow the registration steps and submit valid proof of travel as stated below.

All foreign competitors must submit proof of travel (valid plane ticket or booking confirmation) on or before February 8, 2026.

FIRST TIME COMPETITORS

All newcomers are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide document to familiarize yourself of the WCA regulations used to govern WCA-sanctioned competitions. Additionally, please watch this competitor tutorial by WCA Senior Delegate Kit Clement of the USA.

ALL COMPETITORS

Please make sure to bring your Vaccination Card in case that the venue requires you to present it.

When you arrive at the competition venue, kindly follow the following steps:
1. Head to the registration table and sign on the competitor masterlist.
2. Get your Certificate of Participation, Event Schedule and grouping/officiating Team Assignment. You will be assigned to officiate at some point during the competition so be sure to take note of your assignement to avoid being disqualified. As per WCA Regulation 1e2, all competitors must be ready to officiate when called or assigned to. Declining such assignment merits disqualification at the discretion of the WCA Delegate.
3. Go inside the venue hall and wait for the competition to start.

From Marikina, Quiapo and Taguig commuters

a. Marikina, Quiapo and Taguig Areas have jeepneeys going to Pasig Market (Palengke) directly. Ride the jeep and tell the driver that you are going to Jollibee Palengke (a well known landmark of Pasig Palengke)

b. From there, go down from your jeep and go to tricycle terminal just the right side of Jollibee and look for yellow tricycle terminal (SPRGREYTODA). Tell the driver that you are going to Greenwoods Area 3 Phase 7 court. The fare is around P17 from the terminal to venue.

From Cubao Commuters

a. Go to the old Araneta Center Bus Terminal and look for a white minibus with a Cubao - Rosario (Sta. Lucia Pasig) Route. At the end of the route, you should be at Puregold Rosario-Pasig (shown below).

b. From there, ride another jeep/minibus going to Pasig Palengke then follow the step b instructions of "From Marikina, Quiapo, and Taguig commuters" .

This competition will also feature unofficial events. Results will be recorded through Cubing Contests and will later be added to the rankings.

3x3x3 Supersolve	Average of 5	1:00.00	Solve a 3x3x3 cube using as much preparation time as needed. The scrambles can be shared ahead of time. Only execution is timed. Only the first timed attempt is accepted.
3x3x3 Bets	Best of 3	1:00.00	At the start of the attempt, the competitor writes down a time on the scorecard (without signing).The competitor does the attempt as normal, but trying to achieve a result faster than or equal to the predicted time. The recorded time is the one written down on the scorecard (the "bet"). Penalty for the final time on the timer being higher than the predicted time: DNF.
Master Magic	Best of 1	1:00.00	The solve consists of going from the lined ring pattern to the unlinked ring pattern, as configured in the original mass-produced puzzle. The WCA Regulations for Magic from 2010 apply.
Cap On Pen	Average of 5	1:00.00	Results from this event will not be uploaded to any database.
Mystery Event	Best of 2	10:00.00 Cumulative	The mechanics will be announced at the start of the event. Maximum of 6 participants. Competitors must have a blindfold to participate.

Note:

Competitors are requested not to borrow puzzles solely to attempt an event.
Most events do not require a scrambler and may be completed between other attempts or during breaks.
Questions about attempt scheduling may be directed to the organizer.
Failure to follow the Registration Procedure will prevent participation in unofficial events.

Registration Procedure

If your WCA registration has been accepted, please indicate the unofficial events you wish to join by filling out the Unofficial Events Sign-Up Sheet with your name and WCA ID.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
