NEOSS (New Era Of Surabaya Speedcubing) mempersembahkan Grand Premiere Surabaya 2026 yang merupakan kompetisi speedcubing resmi yang diadakan selama 2 hari dengan 3x3x3 sebagai cabang utama. Kompetisi ini akan berlangsung di Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, mall terbesar di Indonesia. Kompetisi ini terbuka untuk semua warga negara.

NEOSS (New Era Of Surabaya Speedcubing) proudly presents Grand Premiere Surabaya 2026 speedcubing competition which will be held for 2 days with 3x3x3 as the main event. The competition will be held at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, the largest shopping mall in Indonesia. This competition is open to all nationality.

Important
In accordance with articles 2g, 2k, and 2l, competitors that fail to abide by the specified WCA Regulations shall be disqualified, at the discretion of the WCA delegate.

There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is Rp50,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of Rp200,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).

Peraturan Venue

Kompetisi ini berlangsung di lingkungan mall, sehingga peserta wajib mematuhi ketentuan berikut selama berada di area kompetisi:
1. Dilarang membawa barang yang membahayakan (rokok, vape, korek, dsb.).
2. Dilarang membawa barang tajam (gunting, cutter, dsb.).
3. Dilarang membawa makanan dari luar lingkungan mall
4. Dilarang mengonsumsi makanan di area venue (Silakan manfaatkan foodcourt / area makan di dalam mall)
5. Wajib menjaga kebersihan venue.
6. Dilarang melakukan tindakan yang membahayakan diri sendiri maupun orang lain.

Pelanggaran terhadap peraturan di atas dapat mengakibatkan diskualifikasi peserta dari kompetisi, sesuai dengan Regulasi WCA 2k. Kerja sama seluruh peserta dalam mematuhi aturan ini sangat kami hargai.

Venue Regulations

As this competition takes place within a mall environment, all participants are required to follow these rules while inside the venue:
1. Hazardous items (cigarettes, vapes, and lighters) may not be brought into the venue.
2. Bringing sharp objects such as scissors or cutters are prohibited.
3. Outside food is not permitted within the mall premises.
4. Consumption of food is prohibited in the venue area (please use the food court / dining areas inside the mall).
5. Please maintain cleanliness throughout the venue.
6. Any behavior that could put yourself or others at risk is strictly forbidden.

Violation of any of these rules may result in disqualification, in accordance with WCA Regulation 2k. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in following the venue guidelines.

Peserta dapat menggunakan kendaraan pribadi, baik roda 2 maupun roda 4. Gunakan Google Maps untuk mempermudah mencapai venue.

Kendaraan Umum
Pakuwon Mall Surabaya dapat diakses menggunakan layanan bus kota seperti Suroboyo Bus, Trans Semanggi Suroboyo, dan Feeder Wira-Wiri Suroboyo yang berhenti di area sekitar Pakuwon Mall atau Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC).

Under 12 yo Age Category

In this category, the Event that being contested is 3x3x3 Cube for children aged under 12 years and the scoring system will be seen from the results of the first round of 3x3x3 Event with the fastest time recorded, 3 will be taken winner from this category and will be announced during the first awarding.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.

Advancement Condition

The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
