Modalités d'inscription

Les inscriptions sont acceptées dans l'ordre où elles nous arrivent complètes, ce qui signifie que :

• Pour les personnes qui n'ont pas besoin de payer (adhérents AFS et nouveaux compétiteurs), nous prenons en compte l'heure à laquelle la personne s'est inscrite ;
• Pour les personnes qui doivent payer, nous prenons en compte l'heure a laquelle la personne a payé.

Notez que votre inscription sera considérée comme "en attente" tant qu’elle ne sera pas complète (par exemple si vous n’avez pas payé alors que vous deviez). Vous ne pourrez pas rejoindre la liste des compétiteurs (ou la liste d’attente si la liste des compétiteurs est déjà pleine), tant que vous n’aurez pas complété votre inscription.
Nous tenons à préciser que les inscriptions sont traitées manuellement et peuvent donc prendre un peu de temps, merci de votre patience.

Liste d'attente

Si vous êtes en liste d'attente, vous pouvez consulter votre rang sur la page d'inscription en cliquant sur "4. Approbation de l'équipe organisatrice" (y compris si vous n'avez pas payé et que vous n'avez pas eu à le faire).

Les personnes sur la liste d’attente peuvent être acceptées jusqu’à la date limite indiquée dans les conditions d’inscription.
Toute personne acceptée sur la liste principale depuis la liste d'attente après la date limite de remboursement ne pourra pas être remboursée si elle ne peut finalement pas se rendre à la compétition. Nous rembourserons les personnes qui seront restées sur liste d'attente après la compétition.

Inscriptions sur places

Les inscriptions sur place seront acceptées, dans la limite des places disponibles, dans l'ordre d’arrivée et de présentation à la personne référente (Lucille Aubry).

Informations diverses

Avant la compétition l'équipe d'organisation est susceptible de vous envoyer un ou plusieurs e-mails. Merci de bien vouloir répondre dans les délais, une absence de réponse pourrait nous conduire à supprimer votre inscription s'il y a une liste d'attente.

Registration conditions

Registrations are accepted in the order the registrations are completed, which means that :

• For the people who don't need to pay (new competitors & AFS members), we take into account the time when the person registered;
• For the people who need to pay, we take into account the time when the person paid.

Note that your registration will be considered "pending" until it is complete (for example if you have not paid when you were due). You will not be able to join the list of competitors (or the waiting list if the list of competitors is already full), until you have completed your registration.
We would like to point out that registrations are processed manually and may therefore take some time, thank you for your patience.

Waiting list

If you are on the waiting list, you can check your spot on the registration page by clicking on "4. Approval by organization team" (even if you didn't pay and you didn't have to).

People on the waiting list can be accepted until the deadline indicated in the registration conditions.
Any competitor accepted on the main list from the waiting list after the deadline for reimbursement will not be refunded if they can not go to the competition. However, we will refund your registration if you did not leave the waiting list after the competition.

On the spot registrations

On the spot registrations will be accepted, within the competitors limit, in the order of arrival and presentation to the referring person (Lucille Aubry).

Miscellaneous

Before the competition, the organisation team may send you one or multiple emails. Please answer them in time. Not answering to these emails might make us delete your registration, if there is a waiting list.

Registriĝaj kondiĉoj

Registriĝoj estas akceptitaj laŭ ordo de kondiĉplenumiĝo, kio signifas ke:

• Por tiuj kiuj ne bezonas pagi (AFS-membroj kaj novaj konkursantoj), ni konsideras la tempon kiam la persono registriĝis
• Por tiuj kiuj devas pagi, ni konsideras la tempon kiam la persono pagis

Notu ke via registriĝo estos konsiderata "pritraktanta" ĝis ĝi kondiĉplenumiĝos (ekzemple se vi ne pagis kiam vi devas). Vi ne povos eniri la liston de konkursantoj (aŭ la atendolisto se la listo de konkursantoj jam estas plena) ĝis via registriĝo plenumiĝos.
Ni ŝatus atentigi ke registriĝoj estas pritraktataj permane kaj tial konfirmiĝi ilin povas preni iom da tempo, dankon pro via pacienco.

Atendolisto

Se vi estas en la atendolisto, vi povas kontroli vian rangon sur la registriĝpaĝo alklakante "4. Aprobo de la Organizanta Teamo" (eĉ se vi ne pagis kaj ne devas).

Tiuj kiuj estas en la atendolisto povas esti akceptitaj ĝis la limdato indikata en la registriĝaj kondiĉoj.
Ĉiu akceptita en la ĉefa listo de la atendolisto post la repaga limdato ne povos esti repagita se finfine ili ne povas iri al la konkurso. Tamen ni repagos tiujn kiujn ankoraŭ estas en la atendolisto post la konkurso.

Surlokaj registriĝoj

Surlokaj registriĝoj estos akceptataj kaze ke restas disponeblaj registriĝlokoj, laŭ alveno kaj prezento al la referenca persono (Lucille Aubry).

Les transports en commun ne permettant pas facilement d'atteindre le lieu de compétition (cf plus bas), nous vous inciterons lors de votre inscription à préciser votre situation pour mettre en place des covoiturages/navettes afin d'aller chercher les compétiteurs concernés.

1. En voiture / covoiturage : Autoroute de Pastel (A68) sortie 3 ou route d'Albi (route nationale N88/D888), puis suivre mairie de Garidech, parkings disponibles à proximité à l'Eglise/Cimetière, à la Mairie, ou Place St Roch.

2. En transport en commun :
Train

• Samedi : depuis la gare Matabiau (arrêt Tisséo à côté: Marengo-SNCF), prendre le train direction Albi-Ville, arrêt Montastruc-la-Conseillère (heures de départ: 7h50, 9h17, 10h05, 11h43) puis 35min à pied, ~10min à vélo (gratuit dans ces trains) ou covoiturage (cf au-dessus). Retour vers le centre-ville: trajet inverse, trains à 15h46, 18h00, 18h46, 20h54.
• Dimanche : depuis la gare Matabiau (arrêt Tisséo à côté: Marengo-SNCF), prendre le train direction Albi-Ville, arrêt Montastruc-la-Conseillère (heures de départ: 7h12, 8h40, 9h17, 11h05) puis 35min à pied, ~10min à vélo (gratuit dans ces trains) ou covoiturage (cf au-dessus). Retour vers le centre-ville: trajet inverse, trains à 15h46, 18h00, 18h46, 20h54.

Bus

• Depuis l'arrêt Borderouge (samedi et dimanche), bus 73 arrêt Mairie Saint-Jean, puis covoiturage/navette.
  • Samedi : toutes les demi-heures à partir de 7h45, retour idem toutes les demi-heures modulo 15;
  • Dimanche : toutes les 55min à partir de 7h00, retour idem à partir de 15h42.
• Depuis l'arrêt Tisséo Balma Gramont, bus 68 arrêt Castelmaurou Mairie, puis covoiturage/navette.
  • Samedi : toutes les heures à partir de 7h15, retour idem toutes les heures à partir de 14h55.
  • Dimanche : pas de bus.

Car

• Samedi : depuis Borderouge, départ 9h00, arrivée à Garidech-Eglise à 09h20.
• Dimanche : depuis la gare routière Pierre Sémard, départ 10h00, arrivée à Garidech-Eglise à 10h30 (donc juste après le FMC).

Since public transport doesn't easily reach Garidech on the weekend, we'll ask you during registration to write down if you're coming by car or public transport ; we'll later organise shuttles to bring competitors to the venue, from the various bus/train stations, if necessary.

• Saturday: from metro station Borderouge, coach leaves at 9h00, leave at Garidech-Eglise à 09h20.
• Sunday: from the coach station Pierre Sémard (just near the main train station), coach leaves at 10h00, leave at Garidech-Eglise at 10h30 (and you'll be at the venue right after FMC 3rd attempt).

Q : Comment je m’inscris ?
R : Tout d’abord, vous devez créer un compte sur le site de la WCA. Vous pouvez le faire en cliquant sur Inscription. Une fois que vous avez créé votre compte et confirmé votre adresse mail, allez dans l’onglet S’inscrire de la compétition qui vous intéresse, lisez et suivez les instructions attentivement.

Q : Je suis adhérent·e à l’AFS, ou c’est ma première compétition, et le site me demande quand même de payer, que faire ?
R : Comme indiqué sur la page de la compétition, pas besoin de payer ! Le site de la WCA fait apparaître par défaut la page de paiement puisqu'il ne peut pas savoir si votre inscription est payée par l'AFS ou non. Mais rassurez-vous : l'équipe d'organisation le saura, contrôlera qui a besoin de payer ou non et tiendra donc bien compte de cette donnée au moment de valider les inscriptions.
Si vous n'êtes pas certains d'être adhérent·e à l'AFS, vérifiez en vous connectant sur le site de l'association puis en allant dans votre profil.

Q : Pourquoi ne suis-je pas sur la liste des compétiteur·rice·s ?
R : Merci de vous assurer d’avoir bien lu et suivi les instructions présentes dans la section S’inscrire de la compétition. Notamment, si vous n’êtes pas adhérent·e à l’AFS (voir ici) ou que ce n’est pas votre première compétition, merci de vérifier que vous avez bien payé la compétition. Il est aussi possible que vous soyez sur liste d’attente. Le nombre maximum de participant·e·s peut être trouvé sur la page principale de la compétition (onglet Informations générales) et vous pouvez voir le nombre de personnes déjà acceptées sur la page Compétiteurs. Si vous avez tout fait correctement, payé si nécessaire, et que la compétition n’est pas remplie, soyez patient·e·s. Nous devons accepter manuellement les inscriptions et les équipes d’organisation ne sont pas disponibles tout le temps. Si vous pensez avoir tout fait correctement mais que vous n’êtes toujours pas accepté·e après deux jours, alors contactez nous en cliquant sur le lien de contact présent sur la page principale de la compétition, onglet Informations générales.

Q : Est-ce que je peux changer les épreuves auxquelles je me suis inscrit·e après la validation de mon inscription ?
R : Si l'équipe d'organisation l'a autorisé, vous pouvez changer vos épreuves dans la section S’inscrire, sur le panneau S'inscrire, Sélectionnez vos épreuves, jusqu'à la date indiquée dans les conditions d'inscription. Si ce n'est pas le cas, vous pouvez directement contacter l'équipe d'organisation via le lien de contact présent sur la page principale de la compétition, onglet Informations générales.

Q : Je ne peux plus venir à la compétition ? Que dois-je faire ?
R : Merci de nous prévenir dès que vous savez que vous ne pouvez plus venir, en nous envoyant un e-mail via le formulaire de contact. Pour cela, cliquez sur le lien de contact présent sur la page principale de la compétition, onglet Informations générales.
Vous pouvez également vous désinscrire seul·e en vous rendant directement dans la section S’inscrire et en déroulant le panneau Détails de l'inscription.
Les compétitions se remplissent généralement assez vite et nous prévenir de votre désinscription nous permet d’accepter quelqu’un de la liste d’attente. Votre paiement vous sera remboursé si vous vous désinscrivez avant la date inscrite sur la page des Informations générales.

Q : Est-ce que je dois être très rapide pour pouvoir participer ?
R : Nous vous recommandons de regarder la page Planning de la compétition. Pour chaque épreuve, si vous pouvez résoudre le cube plus rapidement que le temps indiqué en Limite de Temps, vous êtes assez rapide ! Les épreuves appréciées des débutants (3x3, 2x2, pyraminx, skewb) ont la plupart du temps une limite de temps de 10 minutes, ce qui laisse à une grande majorité de compétiteur·rice·s la possibilité de participer. Beaucoup de personnes viennent en compétition dans le seul but de s’amuser et de battre leurs propres records, sans s’attendre à gagner.

Q : Y a-t-il différentes catégories ?
R : Tous les compétiteurs et les compétitrices participent ensemble, à chaque épreuve dans une seule et même catégorie. Tous les âges, genres, nationalités sont acceptés en compétition.

Q : Est-ce que je dois participer à toutes les épreuves ?
R : Non. Il y a un classement pour chaque épreuve. Vous pouvez donc participer à celles qui vous plaisent uniquement. Il faudra pour cela sélectionner les bonnes images (elles apparaîtront alors en vert) lors de votre inscription.

Q : Dois-je amener mon propre matériel pour participer ?
R : Assurez-vous d’apporter au moins un cube pour chaque épreuve à laquelle vous vous êtes inscrit.e.s et faites-y bien attention au cours de la compétition. Les vols sont très rares mais il est courant de prendre un cube similaire au sien sans y prêter attention.
Assurez-vous également que votre cube est autorisé. Les cubes connectés ou encore les cubes avec plusieurs logos sont interdits pour les essais officiels. Notez que tout cube avec logo (même s'il n'y en a qu'un et qu'on ne peut pas le sentir au toucher) est interdit pour les épreuves du 4x4 et 5x5 à l'aveugle, mais aussi pour le 3x3 résolutions multiples à l'aveugle.
Il n'y a cependant pas besoin de ramener de tapis ou de timer, sauf si vous souhaitez les utiliser pour vos entraîner. Ceux utilisés pour la compétition sont fournis par les organisateur·rice·s.

Q : Est ce que je peux venir seulement en tant que spectateur ou spectatrice ?
R : Oui. Sauf indication contraire dans les Informations générales de la compétition, les compétitions sont accessibles gratuitement aux spectateurs. Vous pouvez regarder l’onglet Planning pour vérifier les horaires de passage des épreuves qui vous intéressent.

Q : A quelle heure dois-je arriver pour la compétition ?
R : Si c’est votre première compétition, nous vous conseillons de regarder sur le Planning l’heure du tutoriel ou de consulter les e-mails envoyés par l'équipe organisatrice. Dans tous les cas, merci d’arriver à la compétition environ 30 minutes avant le début de votre première épreuve. Merci de noter que si vous arrivez après la fin d’une de vos épreuves, nous ne pourrons pas vous les faire rattraper.

Q : Que dois-je faire en arrivant à la compétition ?
R : La première chose à faire est de trouver l’accueil et de vous y présenter. Si vous êtes nouveau compétiteur ou nouvelle compétitrice, pensez à prendre avec vous une pièce d’identité (ou tout document mentionnant vos nom, prénom et date de naissance) car elle pourra vous être demandée à l’accueil. La personne qui vous accueillera pourra ensuite vous guider et répondre à vos premières questions.

Q : Quand est-ce que je peux partir de la compétition ?
R : Il est seulement nécessaire d’être présent·e lorsque vous devez participer ou juger / runner / mélanger (un planning individuel vous sera probablement remis à l’entrée de la compétition ou sera disponible sur Competiton Groups). Une fois que vous n’avez plus de tâches, vous êtes libres de partir. Pensez quand même à vérifier si vous vous êtes qualifié·e·s pour un autre tour, on ne sait jamais !

Q : Où est ce que je peux trouver les résultats ?
R : Durant la compétition, les résultats sont entrés manuellement sur WCA Live et seront disponibles en ligne environ une demi-heure après la fin de chaque tour.
À la fin de la compétition, tous les résultats seront disponibles sur cette même page, mais aussi sur le profil de chaque participant·e une fois les résultats postés par l'équipe organisatrice.

Q : Comment créer mon identifiant WCA ?
R : Les identifiants sont créés automatiquement dès la publication des résultats (moins d’une semaine après la fin de la compétition). Le format est : Année de la première compétition – 4 premières lettres du nom de famille – deux chiffres servant à différencier les personnes qui auraient les mêmes informations.

Q : J’ai l’habitude de m'entraîner en écoutant de la musique. Puis-je utiliser un casque lors de mes essais officiels ?
R : Les casques audios ou les écouteurs sont strictement interdits durant les essais officiels, leur utilisation entraînerait donc une disqualification des essais concernés. Si le casque vous sert à être plus concentré ou moins stressé, alors vous pouvez utiliser un casque anti-bruit à l'unique condition qu'il ne comporte aucun composant électronique.

Q : Est ce que je peux filmer mes résolutions ?
R : C’est tout à fait possible, avec une caméra sur pied (GoPro ou autre) ou un téléphone portable. Attention cependant : dans le cas d’un téléphone portable ou d’un appareil avec un écran, celui-ci ne doit pas être dirigé vers vous. Une fois que la résolution commence, c’est à dire dès que l’inspection a commencé, il est strictement interdit de toucher à sa caméra, même si elle tombe, sous peine de disqualification de la résolution (DNF).

Q: How do I register?
R: First, you must create an account on the WCA website. You can do this by clicking Register. Once you have created your account and confirmed your email address, go to the Register tab of the competition you are interested in, read and follow the instructions carefully.

Q: I am a member of the AFS, or this is my first competition, and the website still asks me to pay, what to do?
R: As indicated on the competition page, no need to pay! The WCA website displays the payment page by default since it cannot know if your registration is paid by the AFS or not. But rest assured: the organizing team will know, control who needs to pay or not and will therefore take this information into account when accepting registrations.
If you are not sure if you are an AFS member, check by logging into the association website and then going to your profile.

Q: Why am I not on the competitors list?
R: Please ensure you have read and followed the instructions in the Register section of the competition. In particular, if you are not a member of the AFS (see here) or if this is not your first competition, please check that you have paid for the competition. You may also be on the waiting list. The maximum number of participants can be found on the main competition page (General information tab) and you can see the number of people already accepted on the page Competitors. If you have done everything correctly, paid if necessary, and the competition is not filled, be patient. We have to manually accept registrations and the organizing teams are not available all the time. If you think you have done everything correctly but you are still not accepted e after a couple days, then contact us by clicking the contact link on the main competition page, General information tab.

Q: Can I change the events I registered for after my registration has been accepted?
R: If authorized by the organizing team, you can change your events in the Register section, on the Register, Choose your events panel, until the date indicated in the registration requirements. If not, you can contact the organizing team directly via the contact link on the main competition page, General Info tab.

Q: I can’t come to the competition anymore? What should I do?
R: Please let us know as soon as you know you can no longer come, by emailing via the contact link on the main competition page, General information tab.
You can also unsubscribe on your own by going directly to the Register section and by scrolling down to the Registration Details panel.
Competitions usually fill up pretty quickly and notifying us of your unsubscription allows us to accept someone from the waiting list. Your payment will be refunded if you unsubscribe before the date on the General Information page.

Q: Do I have to be very fast to participate?
R: We recommend that you look at the Planning page of the competition. For each event, if you can solve the cube faster than the time indicated as Time Limit, you are fast enough! The events appreciated by beginners (3x3, 2x2, pyraminx, skewb) usually have a time limit of 10 minutes, which leaves a large majority of competitors the opportunity to participate. Many people compete for the sole purpose of having fun and breaking their own records, without expecting to win.

Q: Are there different categories?
R: All competitors participate together in each event in a single category. All ages, genders, nationalities are accepted in competition.

Q: Do I have to participate in all events?
R: No. There is a ranking for each event, so you can only participate in the ones you like. You will need to select the right images (they will then appear in green) when you register.

Q: Do I have to bring my own equipment to participate?
R: Make sure you bring at least one cube for each event you have registered for and pay attention to it during the competition. Thefts are very rare but it is common to take a cube similar to his without paying attention.
Also make sure your cube is allowed. Connected cubes or cubes with multiple logos are prohibited for official events. Note that any cube with a logo (even if there is only one and you can’t feel it) is forbidden for 4x4 and 5x5 blindfolded and 3x3 multi-blind.
However, there is no need to bring a mat or timer, unless you want to use them for your training. Those used for the competition are provided by the organizers.

Q: Can I only come as a spectator?
R: es. Unless otherwise stated in the General Information of the competition, the competitions are accessible free of charge for spectators. You can look at the Planning tab to check the times of the events that interest you.

Q: What time should I arrive for the competition?
R: If this is your first competition, we advise you to look at the Planning for the time of the tutorial or check the emails sent by the organizing team. In any case, please arrive at the competition about 30 minutes before the start of your first event. Please note that if you arrive after the end of one of your events, we will not be able to have you catch up.

Q: What should I do when I arrive at the competition?
R: The first thing to do is to find the welcome and introduce yourself. If you are a new competitor, remember to take with you an identity document (or any document mentioning your name, first name and date of birth) because it may be requested at the welcome desk. The person who will welcome you can then guide you and answer your first questions.

Q: When can I leave the competition?
R: It is only necessary to be present when you have to participate or judge/ runner/ scramble (an individual schedule will probably be given to you at the entrance of the competition or will be available on Competiton Groups). Once you have no more tasks, you are free to leave. Remember to check if you qualified for subsequent rounds, you never know!

Q: Where can I find the results?
R: During the competition, results are entered manually on WCA Live and will be available online approximately half an hour after the end of each round.
At the end of the competition, all the results will be available on this same page, but also on the profile of each participant once the organizing team has posted the results.

Q: How do I create my WCA ID?
R: The WCA IDs are created automatically as soon as the competition results are published (less than a week after the end of the competition). The format is: Year of first competition – first 4 letters of last name – two digits to differentiate between people who would have the same information.

Q: I usually practice listening to music. Can I use headphones during my official solves?
R: Headphones or earphones are strictly prohibited during official solves, so their use would result in disqualification of the solve. If the headset is for you to be more focused or less stressed, then you can use a noise-cancelling headset only if it has no electronic components.

Q: Can I film my solves?
R: It is possible, with a standing camera (GoPro or other) or a mobile phone. Be careful though: in the case of a mobile phone or device with a screen, it should not be directed at you. Once the solve begins, that is, as soon as the inspection has begun, it is strictly forbidden to touch its camera, even if it falls, under penalty of disqualification of the resolution (DNF).

D: Kial mi ne estas en la listo de konkursantoj?
R: Bonvolu certigi, ke vi legis kaj sekvis la instrukciojn en la sekcio Registriĝi de la konkurso. Precipe se vi ne estas AFS-membro (vidu tie) kaj se ĉi tio ne estas via unua konkurso, bonvolu kontroli ke vi pagis por la konkurso. Vi ankaŭ povas esti en la atendolisto. La maksimuma nombro de partoprenantoj troviĝas sur la ĉefpaĝo de la konkurso (langeto Ĝeneralaj informoj) kaj vi povas vidi la nombron da homoj jam akceptitaj sur la paĝo Konkursantoj. Se vi faris ĉion ĝuste, pagis se necese, kaj la konkurso ne estas plena, paciencu. Ni devas permane akcepti registriĝojn kaj organizantaj teamoj ne estas disponeblaj ĉiam. Se vi pensas ke vi faris ĉion ĝuste, sed vi ankoraŭ ne estas akceptita post du tagoj, tiam kontaktu nin alklakante la kontaktligilon ĉe la ĉefpaĝo de la konkurso, langeto Ĝeneralaj informoj.

D: Ĉu mi povas ŝanĝi la konkurserojn por kiuj mi registriĝis post aprobon de mia registriĝo?
R: Se la organizanta teamo permesis tion, vi povas ŝanĝi viajn konkurserojn en la sekcio Registriĝi, en la panelo Registriĝi, Elektu viajn konkurserojn ĝis la fino de la registriĝperiodo. Se tio ne eblas, vi povas kontakti la organizantan teamon rekte per la kontaktligilo kiu troviĝas ĉe la ĉefa paĝo de la konkurso, langeto Ĝeneralaj informoj.

D: Mi ne plu povas veni al la konkurso. Kion mi faru ?
R: Bonvolu sciigi nin tuj kiam vi scias ke vi ne plu povas veni, sendante al ni retmesaĝon per la kontaktformularo. Por fari tiun, alklaku la kontaktligilon kiu troviĝas en la ĉefpaĝo de la konkurso, langeto Ĝeneralaj informoj.
Vi ankaŭ povas forigi vian registriĝon per vi mem irante al la sekcio Registriĝi kaj poste en la panelo "Registriĝdetaloj".
Konkursoj kutime pleniĝas sufiĉe rapide kaj sciigi nin pri via malregistriĝo permesas al ni akcepti iun el la atendolisto. Via pago estos repagita se vi malregistriĝas antaŭ la dato skribita en la paĝo Ĝeneralaj informoj.

D: Ĉu mi devas esti tre rapida por povi partopreni?
R: Ni rekomendas rigardi la paĝon Horplano de la konkurso. Por ĉiu konkursero, se vi povas solvi la kubon pli rapide ol la tempo indikita kiel Tempolimo, vi estas sufiĉe rapida! La konkurseroj kiujn ĝenerale ŝatas komencantoj (3x3, 2x2, Piraminkso, Skjubo) plejofte havas tempolimon de 10 minutoj, kio lasas al granda plimulto de konkursantoj la ŝancon partopreni. Multaj homoj venas al konkurso kun la sola celo amuziĝi kaj plibonigi siajn proprajn rekordojn, sen pensi pri venkado.

D: Ĉu ekzistas malsamaj kategorioj?
R: Ĉiuj konkursantoj partoprenas kune en ĉiu konkursero en nur unu kategorio. Ĉiuj aĝoj, genroj, naciecoj estas akceptitaj en konkursoj.

D: Ĉu mi devas partopreni en ĉiujn konkurserojn?
R: Ne. Estas rangotabelo por ĉiu konkursero. Do vi povas partopreni nur en tiuj, kiujn vi ŝatas. Vi devos elekti la ĝustajn bildojn (tiam ili aperos nigre) dum registrado.

D: Ĉu mi devas uzi miajn proprajn kubojn por partopreni?
R: Certigu ke vi kunportu almenaŭ unu kubon por ĉiu konkursero al kiu vi registriĝis kaj atentu ilin dum la konkurso. Ŝteloj estas tre maloftaj sed kutimas preni kubon similan al sia senvole.
Certiĝu ankaŭ ke via kubo estas permesata. Konektitaj kuboj aŭ kuboj kun pluraj emblemoj estas malpermesataj por oficialaj provoj. Notu ke iu ajn kubo kun emblemo (eĉ se ĝi havas nur unu emblemon kaj ne povas esti "sentita per tuŝo") estas malpermesita por 4x4x4 blinde, 5x5x5 blinde kaj 3x3x3 pluraj kuboj blinde.
Tamen ne necesas kunporti tapiŝeton aŭ tempigilon, krom se vi volas uzi ilin por trejnado. Tiuj uzataj por la konkurso estas provizitaj de la organizantoj.

D: Ĉu mi povas veni nur kiel spektanto?
R: Jes. Krom se alie specifita en la Ĝeneralaj informoj de la konkurso, la konkursoj estas alireblaj senpage por la spektantoj. Vi povas rigardi la langeton Horplano por kontroli la horarojn de la konkurseroj kiuj interesas vin.

D: Je kioma horo mi alvenu al la konkurso?
R: Se ĉi tio estas via unua konkurso, ni konsilas al vi rigardi la Horplanon por scii kiam okazos la lernotempo, aŭ kontroli la retmesaĝojn kiujn sendis la organizanta teamo. En ĉiuj kazoj, bonvolu alveni al la konkurso proksimume 30 minutoj antaŭ la komenco de via unua konkursero. Bonvolu noti ke se vi alvenas post la fino de unu el viaj konkurseroj, ni ne povos lasi vin partopreni por tiu ĉi.

D: Kion mi faru kiam mi alvenas al la konkurso?
R: La unua afero estas trovi la akceptejon kaj prezenti vin tie. Se vi estas nova konkursanto, memoru kunporti identan dokumenton (aŭ ajnan dokumenton kun via nomo, antaŭnomo kaj naskiĝdato) ĉar ĝi povas esti petita de vi ĉe la akceptejo. La persono, kiu bonvenigos vin, povos tiam gvidi vin kaj respondi al viaj unuaj demandoj.

D: Kiam mi povas forlasi la konkurson?
R: Necesas ĉeesti nur kiam vi devas partopreni aŭ juĝi/kuri/miksi (individua horplano verŝajne estos donita al vi ĉe la enirejo de la konkurso aŭ estos disponebla ĉe Competiton Groups). Post kiam vi ne plu havas taskojn, vi rajtas foriri. Tamen memoru kontroli ĉu vi kvalifikiĝis por alia rondo, oni neniam scias!

D: Kie mi povas trovi la rezultojn?
R: Dum la konkurso, rezultoj estas enmetitaj permane ĉe WCA Live kaj disponeblos interrete proksimume duonhoron post la fino de ĉiu raŭndo.
Je la fino de la konkurso, ĉiuj rezultoj estos disponeblaj sur ĉi tiu paĝo sed ankaŭ sur la profilpaĝo de ĉiu partoprenanto kiam la rezultoj estos poŝtitaj de la organizanta teamo.

D: Kiel krei mian WCA-ID?
R: WCA-ID estas kreitaj aŭtomate tuj kiam la rezultoj estas publikigitaj (malpli ol semajnon post la fino de la konkurso). La formato estas: Jaro de la unua konkurso – unuaj 4 literoj de la familia nomo – du ciferoj uzataj por diferencigi tiujn kiuj havas la samajn informojn.

D: Mi kutime trejnas aŭskultante muzikon. Ĉu mi povas uzi kapaŭskultilon dum miaj oficialaj provoj?
R: Kapaŭskultiloj estas strikte malpermesataj dum la oficialaj provoj, ilia uzo do kondukus al malkvalifiko de la koncernaj provoj. Se la kapaŭskultilo helpas vin esti pli koncentrata aŭ malpli streĉata, tiam vi povas uzi bru-nuligantajn kapaĵojn nur kondiĉe, ke ili enhavas neniun elektronikan komponanton.

D: Ĉu mi povas filmi miajn solvojn?
R: Tute eblas, per fotilo kun piedo (GoPro aŭ alia) aŭ poŝtelefono. Atentu tamen: se vi uzas poŝtelefonon aŭ aparaton kun ekrano, la ekrano ne devas esti direktita al vi. Post kiam la solvo komenciĝas, alivorte tuj kiam la inspektado komenciĝis, estas strikte malpermesata tuŝi vian fotilon, eĉ se ĝi falas, sub puno de malkvalifiko de la solvo (DNF).
