Note: You can submit a registration for all competitions in a Series, but only one of those registrations can be confirmed and accepted. You will only be allowed to compete in one of the Series competitions!
There is a competitor limit of 75 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹1,000 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of ₹1,500 (Indian Rupee).

Registration and Payment Process

Early Bird offer: Flat fee of ₹1000 applies irrespective of number of events if payment is made on or before June 10th,2025
Regular payment : If payment is made on or after June 11th regular fee of ₹1500 will apply.

On the Spot Registrations would be available at the venue from 10 AM IST to 11 AM IST by contacting the organizers, wherein they can participate in how many number of events they would like(which are in the event list of this competition) by paying a registration fee of Rs 1500 at the venue

The Participant should compulsorily register on WCA and should make the payment on or before June 25th, 2025.

First time participants
Step 1 - Sign-up on WCA. You must mention your full name without any abbrevations while creating your WCA profile.

Registration for the event will only be accepted if a person has preregistered on the WCA page AND made the payment.
