This competition is sponsored by the Glow Cultural Center, which provides cultural, wellness, and youth development programs and serves as a hub for community activity. Glow aims to serve the multi-cultural population of the community, including but not limited to the under-served new immigrant, low-income households residing in Flushing and nearby communities.
