When can I register
Registration will open on September 20th at 21:00 (CEST) and close on November 21st.

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €5 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Basic Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €15 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €5 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few weeks, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.

This process can take up to 30 days since it's not automatic so don't panic if you don't recieve an immediat confirmation :)

Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before November 21st 2022 you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee. If you have any problems, contact the organization team.

How does the waiting list work?
You will be put on the waiting list if you complete the registration process after the competitor limit has been reached.
If someone on the competitor list resigns, the first person on the waiting list will be accepted and will receive a confirmation email.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until November 21st 2022. The waiting list will then be closed and all the competitors that didn't manage to secure a spot, will get a 100% refund on the registration fee.

Note: You will be put on the waiting list only after you have paid the registration fee.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are NOT allowed at the Milan venue.
Spectators are NOT allowed at the Rome venue.

Are guests allowed?
Up to one guest per competitor is allowed at the Milan venue
Up to one guest per competitor is allowed at the Rome venue.

Quanto costa?
Il costo di registrazione a questa competizione è:

• €5 (Euro) per i Soci Base di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi a questo livello è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €15 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €5 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validitá permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.

Il processo non è automatico e può richiedere fino a 30 giorni, quindi non andate nel panico se non ricevete una conferma immediata :)

Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CEST) del 21 novembre 2022 hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Ti basta semplicemente contattare uno degli organizzatori.

Come funziona la lista d'attesa?
Verrai messo in lista d'attesa se completi il processo di registrazione dopo che il limite è già stato raggiunto.
Se un partecipante rinuncia, la prima persona in lista d'attesa verrà accettata e riceverà una mail di conferma.
Le persone in lista d'attesa possono rientrare tra i partecipanti fino al 21 novembre 2022. Dopodichè la lista sarà chiusa e tutti coloro che non sono riusciti ad entrare riceveranno un rimborso del 100% sulla tassa di iscrizione.

N.B. Sarai considerato in lista d'attesa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

How do I get to the venue?
You can get to Politecnico via metro line M2 (stop “Piola”) which can also take you to Milano Centrale or Milano Lambrate train station. Otherwise you can get there by taking bus/tram 19, 33, 62, 90 or 93. If you come by car, you should find a parking area in via Celoria, 5 minutes away from the venue.

Once you enter the building in via Ampere 2, enter the glass door across the courtyard, turn right twice and take the stairs to the first floor. The venue is in front of the vending machines on the left. Arrows will guide you.

Come raggiungo la venue?
Il Politecnico è facilmente raggiungibile con la metropolitana linea verde M2 (fermata Piola) che collega entrambe le stazioni di Milano Centrale e Milano Lambrate. In alternativa fermano nelle vicinanze i mezzi di superficie 19, 33, 62, 90 e 93. Per chi arriva in macchina, ci sono molti parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento in Via Giovanni Celoria, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla venue.

Una volta entrati dall'ingresso in Via Ampère 2, procedete sempre dritto fino alla porta di vetro. In caso i tornelli non fossero aperti, rivolgetevi alla portineria. Una volta dentro, girate a destra due volte e salite la scala che vi porterà al primo piano. L'aula sarà sulla sinistra di fronte ai distributori automatici. Per facilitarvi saranno appese ai muri delle indicazioni.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located a few steps from the Atac bus terminus in Via Baseggio. There is easy to find and free parking both outside and inside the parish gate.
The theatre where the competition takes place is located inside the parish gardens immediately after the playground. You can access the venue via a ramp.
There are bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Come raggiungo la venue?
La venue si trova a pochi passi dal capolinea Atac di Via Baseggio. C'è facilità di parcheggio gratuito sia fuori che oltre il cancello della parrocchia.
Il teatro dove si svolge la gara si trova all'interno dei giardini della parrocchia subito dopo il parco giochi. Si accede da una rampa.
Ci sono Bar e ristoranti in prossimità raggiungibili a piedi.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.
