Please include the name of the city you wish to compete at in the "Comments" section of the registration form. Registrations that do not include a valid city name will not be accepted.

Competitor Limits and Waiting List / Limites de compétiteurs et Liste D'attente

Please make note of the location-specific competitor limits found in the Locations tab. Each location will enforce the competitor limit independently.

Once the competitor limit is reached for a given location, registrants who pay the registration fee will be added to the waiting list instead of the competitor list for that location. Due to the competitor limits, completing your registration within the initial registration period does not guarantee you a spot on the competitor list. The waiting list is ordered based on the timestamps that registrants paid the registration fee.

Anyone on the competitors list who is looking to change to a different location that has a spot available may do so by emailing the organization team. The deadline for changing locations is Friday, April 18, 2025 at 9 PM EDT.

Anyone on the waiting list who wishes to be removed from the waiting list may contact the organizers to delete their registration and be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

If anyone on the competitor list deletes their registration, the person at the top of the waiting list will be moved to the competitor list. After April 18, 2025 at 9 PM EDT, the competitor list will be finalized and registrants who are still on the waiting list will be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

Si une personne sur la liste des compétiteurs supprime son inscription, la personne en tête de la liste d'attente sera déplacée vers la liste des compétiteurs. Après le 18 avril 2025 21h00 UTC-4, la liste des compétiteurs sera finalisée et les personnes inscrites sur la liste d'attente seront remboursées à 100% de leurs frais d'inscription.
