If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition here.
There is a competitor limit of 40 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $175 (Mexican Peso).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $225 (Mexican Peso).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Una vez que te registres el equipo organizador te mandará un correo electrónico con los datos bancarios para que puedas realizar el pago de tu inscripción.
Tendrás 24 horas para realizar el pago, de lo contrario se dará el lugar al siguiente en la lista. Si realizas el pago fuera del lapso, pasarás al último en la lista de pagados o en lista de espera.
Los registros se aprueban manualmente de acuerdo al orden de llegada, te pedimos paciencia durante este proceso.

In the How to Register? tab, you will find detailed information on how to complete your registration.
Once you register, the organizing team will send you an email with the bank details so you can make your payment.
You will have 24 hours to complete the payment; otherwise, your spot will be given to the next person on the list. If you make the payment after the deadline, you will be moved to the end of the paid list or to the waiting list.
Registrations are approved manually in the order they are received. We ask for your patience during this process.

Antes de registrarte debes de leer detenidamente toda la información y seguir todos los pasos.
Antes de registrarte favor de confirmar que aun queden cupos disponibles, el cupo máximo es de 40 competidores.

1.- Crea una cuenta o inicia sesión:
Si tienes dudas revisa el siguiente Video Tutorial.
-Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes saltar al siguiente punto.
-Si ya has asistido a otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes saltar al siguiente punto.
-Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAId, realiza los pasos del siguiente vídeo:

2.- Entra en la pestaña de registro, selecciona tus categorias y cantidad de acompañantes, y da click en registrarse.
-Una vez realizado tu registro se te enviara información a tu correo para poder realizar tu pago.

3.- Realiza el pago de $175 MXN* (cien setenta y cinco pesos 00/100 MXN) mediante transferencia (se requiere tarjeta de débito o crédito). Tu registro no está completo hasta que hayas realizado el pago.
-El registro estara abierto del 9 de junio al 31 de julio del 2025 .
-Si el cupo máximo de competidores (40) no se ha llenado para esta fecha se aceptaran registros in situ con un costo de $225 MXN (dosciento veinte y cinco pesos 00/100 MXN).

4.- Verifica que aparezcas en la lista de competidores.
-Si tienes alguna duda respecto a tu registro puedes contactarnos mediante el correo speedcubingmexicali@gmail.com.

Permanece atento a tu correo en caso de cualquier aviso importante (tambien revisa la bandeja de spam), si decides cancelar tu registro o no asistir a la competencia favor de contactarnos al correo speedcubingmexicali@gmail.com para ayudarte con el porcentaje de tu reembolso y poderle dar tu lugar a otro competidor.

Before registering you must read all the information carefully and follow all the steps.

1.- Sign up or Sign in

-If this is your first official competition, you can skip to next step.
-If you already have your WCAid connected to your WCA Account, you can skip to next step.
-If you have already participated in another official competition, but your WCAid is not connected to your WCA Account. You can claim your WCAid following the next video:

2.- Enter the registration tab, select your categories and number of companions, and click on register.
-Once you have done your registration, an email will be send to you with information for you to do your payment.

3.- Make the payment of $175 MXN* (one hundred and seventy five pesos 00/100 MXN) through transfer (debit or credit card required). Your registration is not complete until you have made the payment.
-Registration will be open from june 9th to july 31th , 2025.
-If the maximum number of competitors (40) has not been filled by this date, on-site registrations will be accepted at a cost of $225 MXN (two hundred and twenty five pesos 00/100 MXN).

4.- Verify that you appear on the list of competitors.

Stay tuned to your email in case of any important notice (also check the spam folder), if you decide to cancel your registration or not attend the competition please contact us at email speedcubingmexicali@gmail.com to help you with the percentage of your refund and be able to give your place to another competitor.

Aunque el Aeropuerto internacional de mexicali esta relativamente alejado de la parte principal de la ciudad, el recorrido es bastante sencillo y no deberia de tomarte más de unos 20 minutos para transportarte del aeropuerto hasta la sede del torneo.
Si viajas por autobus, la central de autobuses tiene una ubicacion centrica que te permitida llegar sin problemas a la sede. Otras compañias de autobuses como Tufesa pueden tener distintas paradas (esta ultima tiene una parada a un par de calles de la sede).

Although the Mexicali International Airport is relatively far from the main part of the city, the route is fairly easy and shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes to get from the airport to the tournament venue.
If you travel by bus, the bus station has a central location that allows you to easily reach the venue. Other bus companies such as Tufesa may have different stops (the latter has a stop a couple of streets from the event venue).

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
