Davis Summer 2025

Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 105 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $30 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Payment:

Upon registering, you will receive an email with the subject "Registration Pending: Davis Summer 2025". This does NOT mean that you are on the registration list. Competitors will not be approved until the payment has been made.
Please ensure you have paid the registration fees via Stripe on the "Register" page. Your registration is not complete and will not be processed until you have paid the registration fee. Contact the organizational team if you encounter an issue.

Free Registration for UC Davis Students!

UC Davis students can register for free! If you're a UC Davis student, please mention this in your registration comments and email organizer Hamza Hafeez (hyhafeez@ucdavis.edu) with a photo of your UC Davis student ID.
The registration page will ask for payment after you have select events. Please do not enter any payment information; we will manually approve your registration without payment.

Waitlist:

Once the competitor limit has been reached, the waitlist will be opened.
You must pay the registration fee to be added to the waitlist.
New registrations will be added to a waitlist and sorted in the order of payment.
Waitlisted competitors will only be added to the competition if an existing competitor withdraws.
All competitors still on the waiting list after Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM PDT will be removed and provided with a full refund.
You can see your position on the waitlist by checking the "Waitlist" tab.

Deleting Registration/Refunds:

If you can no longer make the competition, you may request a partial refund.
To receive a partial refund, you must contact the organizational team by Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM PDT.
Withdrawing enables us to maximize attendance and allows competitors on the waiting list to attend.

Changing events:

Competitors may add or remove events using the Register tab until Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM PDT. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.

Important Staff Information:

If you are interested in staffing, you MUST fill out the staff interest form to be on staff. For more information, see the "Staffing" tab. Note that filling out this form does NOT guarantee a spot on staff.
