Registration requirements for the competition:

There is a competitor limit of 90 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €20 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.

- Fülle das Anmeldeformular aus und schicke es ab.
- Zahle die Anmeldegebühr in Höhe von 20 Euro via PayPal über diesen Link. Bitte aktiviere nicht den optionalen Käuferschutz, da hierfür eine Gebühr vom gezahlten Eintrittspreis abgezogen wird. Falls die Zahlung und die Anmeldungen von unterschiedlichen Personen stammen, gib bitte den Namen des Teilnehmers im letzten Schritt der Zahlungsprozedur an. Ohne Zahlung ist die Anmeldung nicht vollständig! Falls du keinen Zugang zu PayPal besitzt, kontaktiere bitte die Organisatoren unter darmstadtdodecahedrondays@googlegroups.com .
- Lies dir aufmerksam die Covid-19-Sicherheitsregeln durch. Bitte beachte, dass die Nichteinhaltung dieser Regeln zu einem Ausschluß von der Competition führen kann.
Wenn das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde und deine Anmeldung vollständig ist (mit Zahlung), erhältst du einen Platz auf der Warteliste. Diese ist nach dem Zeitpunkt der vollständigen Anmeldung sortiert. Du erhältst du eine E-Mail, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte. Falls du keinen freien Teilnehmerplatz mehr erlangen solltest, wird die Anmeldegebühr selbstverständlich erstattet.
Solltest du nicht mehr teilnehmen können und deine Anmeldung daher stornieren wollen, bitten wir dich darum, uns über obige Mail zu informieren. Dadurch kann ein Teilnehmer auf der Warteliste nachrücken! Du erhältst eine Erstattung der gesamten Anmeldegebühr (100%), wenn du deine Anmeldung vor dem 17. Oktober 2022, 23:55 stornierst.
Für Gäste:
Gäste haben freien Eintritt. Es darf maximal ein Gast pro Teilnehmer mitgebracht werden. Weitere Gäste bzw. Gäste ohne Teilnehmer, den sie begleiten, können den Wettbewerb leider nicht besuchen.

- Fill and submit the registration form.
- Pay the registration fee of 20 Euro by following this link to PayPal. Please do not activate the optional buyer protection as this will be deducted as a fee from the amount you pay. If the person paying and the person registering are different, please enter the name of the competitor in the final step of the payment procedure. The registration is not completed until the money is paid! If you have no access to PayPal, please contact the organization team via darmstadtdodecahedrondays@googlegroups.com .
- Carefully read the Covid-19 safety rules. Please note that breaking these rules can result in a disqualification from the competition.
If you have registered and paid but the competitor limit has been reached, you will receive a spot on the waiting list. Once registered competitors cancel their registration, people on the waiting list will be accepted in order of their complete registration. You will be notified via e-mail once a spot for you is available. Everyone on the waiting list who didn't obtain a competitor spot will receive a full refund.
If you find that you can not attend the competition anymore, please inform us via the aforementioned e-mail address. That way, another competitor can fill your spot! You will receive a full refund (100%) of the entrance fee if you cancel your registration before October 17, 2022, 11:55 PM GMT+2.
For guests:
Guests can attend the competition for free. There is a limit of one guest per competitor. Further guests and guests without a competitor to accompany can unfortunately not attend the competition.
