Information
This is not a normal competition with common events like 3x3 and 2x2. This competition features quiet events only. For a more normal competition experience, check out the many other competitions happening in Texas, including Cube Against Cancer DFW 2026 taking place at UTD the day before.

The University of Texas at Dallas and the Comet Cubing Club will not take custodial responsibility of minors while participating in DFW Quiet Qualifier 2026. Custodial responsibility will remain with teachers K-12, parents, legal guardians, and chaperones.

There is a competitor limit of 25 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $10 (United States Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 90% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $10 (United States Dollar).
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 2 guests.

There will be no refund to no-shows unless cancelled before the deadline (Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM).

Registration is first come, first served based on the order of when payment is received.

If you register and later realize you cannot make the competition, you can request a 90% refund via the contact link on the General Info tab before registration closes. No refunds will be awarded after Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

If the competitor limit has been reached, you may still register and pay the registration fee if you wish, but you will be placed on a waitlist. Competitors will be accepted from the waitlist in the order that they paid. Competitors who do not make it off of the waitlist before the deadline will receive a full refund shortly before the competition. No more registrations will be accepted from the waitlist after Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

Joshua Gao won with a single solve of 20.90 seconds in the 3x3x3 Blindfolded event. Ryan Pilat finished second (22.45) and Fletcher Berry finished third (25.24).
