Information

Southern Cubing welcomes you to Arlington, Texas for DFW Cubing Spring 2026! This competition will feature the WCA's new Head-to-Head format in FOUR different events! Check out the Head-to-Head tab for additional information. Please read the policies tab before registering

Please note that no outside food/drink will be permitted in the venue, however it is permitted in the foyer outside the expo hall.

There is a competitor limit of 200 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $50 (United States Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $65 (United States Dollar).
Any spectator can attend for free.

There will be no refund to no-shows unless cancelled before the deadline (Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT).

Registration

* Registration is first come, first served based on the order of when payment is received.

Deleting Registration/Refunds

* If you register and later realize you cannot make the competiton, you can request a 75% refund (via the contact link on the General Info tab before registration closes.
* No refunds will be awarded after Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT.

Waitlist

* If the competitor limit has been reached, the waitlist opens. You can enter the waitlist by registering and paying the fee. Competitors will be accepted from the waitlist in the order that they paid.
* Competitors who do not make it off of the waitlist before the deadline (Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT) will receive a full refund shortly before the competition.
* No more registrations will be accepted from the waitlist after Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT.

In 48 hours, if you do NOT see your name on the Competitor List, then please reach out to us using the contact link on the General Info tab.

If the competitor limit is filled, you may still register and pay the registration fee if you wish, but you will be placed on a waitlist. Your registration will not be accepted unless a spot opens up.
