Venue, Travel, and Accomodations Information

Cubing with the Duck 2017 will take place in Eugene, OR in the Erb Memorial Union (EMU) building on the campus of the University of Oregon. The EMU is located in the heart of the campus and is the center for student activities and involvement. It has several event rooms and a wide variety of restaurants (Starbucks, Joe's Burgers, Chipotle, Subway, Panda Express, Red Wagon Ice Cream, Fresh Marketplace, Townsheds Tea, Starbucks). The event will be held in the Redwood Auditorium, located in the room labeled EMU 214 on the second floor.

The Redwood auditorium will not have tables available for practicing, as seating is theater style. However, located just outside of the room, there are plenty of tables where you can take a break and practice while you wait for the next event.

There are many lodging options available near the University of Oregon campus. The three that are recommended for their location and accomodations are Best Western New Oregon, Days Inn, and Phoenix Inn.
