You are not considered registered until you pay via Stripe. There will be no at-the-door registration accepted under any circumstances. Spectators may attend for free!

This competition is raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS)!
LLS is an organization dedicated to funding the reasearch and treating patients with blood cancers.
All proceeds from this competition will be donated to LLS!

Venue:
The venue for this competition will be held in the cafeteria at Centerville High School, located at 500 E Franklin St, Dayton OH 45459.
Parking:
There will be parking all around the school.
Entrance:
Look for signs at the main entrance of the buidling and then follow additional signage into cafeteria.
Registration:
There will be no at the door registration at this competition, there will also be no check in at this competition, short of just picking up your name tag with your job duties.

Hotels:
There are several hotels located nearby in Dayton
There will be a concession stand, as well as several restaurants in the nearby area.
The proceeds from the concession stand will also go towards Leukemia & Lymphoma Society!

For First-Time Competitors
All newcomers must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before competing. This video gives a basic overview of the rules.
In addition, please read this document before coming to the competition.
For All Competitors
When you arrive, you will receive a card with personalized information detailing your events and what group you will be competing in for each event. In addition, you will also have judging/scrambling assignments on your card. Every competitor is expected to help out during the event(s) they are registered for. The card will look like the following:
If you do not arrive to help during your scheduled event, and there are not enough staff members, we reserve the right to disqualify you from competing.
We will be selling custom T-Shirts at this competition! All shirts will be sold for $20 USD. All funds made from the T-shirt sale will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society! cash, credit and mobile pay is accepted.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced across rounds (see Guideline A1a2++).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
