There is a competitor limit of 40 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 6,000 ₸ (Kazakhstani Tenge).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.

В начале соревнований будет дан подробный инструктаж правил соревнований, на который должны придти все новые участники. В случае дисквалификации попыток участников по незнанию правил организаторы ответственности не несут.

At the start of the competition, a detailed briefing on the rules will be given, and all new participants must attend. The organizers will not be held liable for any disqualifications due to ignorance of the rules.
Each participant is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and puzzles. The organizers are not responsible for their safety.
Участники должны иметь при себе документы, подтверждающие личность.
В процессе соревнований будет производиться фото и видеосъемка, своим участием вы автоматически даёте на это согласие.
Все результаты сборок можно будет отследить на WCA Live. Спустя несколько дней после окончания соревнований они будут занесены в базу WCA и вы сможете посмотреть свой рейтинг в стране, континенте и мире.

Competitors must have identification documents with them.
Photography and video recording will be conducted during the competition. By participating, you automatically consent to this.
All assembly results can be tracked on WCA Live. A few days after the end of the competition, they will be entered into the WCA database, allowing you to view your rankings by country, continent, and world.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Advancement Condition
The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
