There is a competitor limit of 250 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $25 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $28 (United States Dollar).
Any spectator can attend for free.

There will be no refund to no-shows unless cancelled before the deadline Friday, March 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM CST.

Registration

  • Registration is first come, first served based on the order of when payment is received.

Deleting Registration/Refunds

  • If you register and later realize you cannot make the competiton, you can request a 75% refund (via the contact link on the General Info tab before registration closes.
  • No refunds will be awarded after Friday, March 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM CST.

Adding/Dropping Events

  • Competitors may edit their registration to include more events BEFORE registration closes.
  • Competitors may not add events after registration closes.
  • Competitors may edit their registration to remove events. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.

Waitlist

  • If the competitor limit has been reached, the waitlist opens. You can enter the waitlist by registering and paying the fee. Competitors will be accepted from the waitlist in the order that they paid.
  • Competitors who do not make it off of the waitlist before the deadline Friday, March 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM CST will receive a full refund shortly before the competition.
  • No more registrations will be accepted from the waitlist after Friday, March 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM CST.

In 48 hours, if you do NOT see your name on the Competitor List, then please reach out to us using the contact link on the General Info tab.

If the competitor limit is filled, you may still register and pay the registration fee if you wish, but you will be placed on a waitlist. Your registration will not be accepted unless a spot opens up.

Newcomer Month

This competition is participating in the official WCA Newcomer Month 2025. The registration process will reserve 40% of spots for new competitors. New competitors are considered to have no WCA ID or a WCA ID with 2025. Returning competitors are considered to have a WCA ID that is from 2024 or earlier. All competitors must still follow all registration requirements for their registration to be considered complete.

Registrations will be accepted based on the following:

40% of spots, as defined by the competitor limit, are reserved for new competitors.
Initially, 60% of spots, as defined by the competitor limit (250), are available for returning competitors on a first come, first serve basis.
If greater than 40% of new competitors register before 60% of spots are filled by returning competitors, any additional new competitors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis alongside returning competitors.
If the spots reserved for new competitors are not filled by new competitors two weeks before registration closes, remaining spots, up to the competitor limit, will be accepted from registered returning competitors.
