Registration requirements for the competition:

There is a competitor limit of 75 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 500 ₸ (Kazakhstani Tenge).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Базовый взнос за участие составляет 500 тенге, который даёт право участия в 1-ой(одной) дисциплине на выбор участника.
Взнос за участие: + 500 тенге к базовому взносу, за каждую дополнительную дисциплину.
Если вы отмените Вашу регистрацию до 16.07.2021 года, 10:00 GMT+6, Вам будет возвращено 100% взноса. При отменe регистрации после 16.07.2021 года взнос не возвращается, так уже будет изготовлена вся печатная продукция.
Напоминаем, что в связи с карантинными мерами, регистрация на месте будет невозможна.

Регистрация с неправильно введенным именем и фамилией не будут приняты, пожалуйста внимательно проверьте внесенные данные.
Подача заявки и оплата взноса за участие означает, что Вы ознакомлены и согласны с правилами проведения чемпионата.

Внимание!!!
1. В случае отмены чемпионата, в результате усиления карантинных мер, организатор не несёт ответственности за такую отмену и она относится к форс-мажору. Участник осознаёт возможные риски и самостоятельно несёт все расходы возникшие из-за отмены соревнований.
2. Все участники имеют право на одного сопровождающего.
3. Если участник не достигший 16 лет остаётся на чемпионате самостоятельно, то родители, родственники, либо опекуны должны привести его лично и забрать лично по окончании соревновательного дня. При этом родители, родственники либо опекуны должны предоставить ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕ-СОГЛАСИЕ, о том, что они несут полную и личную ответственность за безопасность несовершеннолетнего участника, оставленного без сопровождения.
4. Требования для участников и сопровождающих, согласно санитарных норм:
- вход строго по приложению Ashyq
- строгое соблюдение масочного режима
- обязательное наличие карманных антибактериальных средств
Допуск ограничен:
- при повышенной температуре
- при симптомах Covid-19 и ОРВ
В случае отстранения от участия по вышеупомянутым причинам, взнос возврату не подлежит.
Вы можете изменить список своих дисциплин до 31 июля 2021 года. Для этого нужно написать команде организаторов.
Если лимит участников будет достигнут, то Вы все еще можете зарегистрироваться, но ваша заявка попадет в список ожидания.
Если один из участников отменит регистрацию до 31 июля 2021 года, то мы свяжемся с Вами.

Submission of an application and payment of the participation fee means that you are familiar with and agree with the rules of the championship.

Attention!!!
1. In case of cancellation of the championship, as a result of increased quarantine measures, the organizer is not responsible for such cancellation and it refers to force majeure. The participant is aware of the possible risks and independently bears all costs arising from the cancellation of the competition.
2. All participants are allowed one accompanying person.
3. If a participant under the age of 16 remains at the championship on his own, then parents, relatives, or guardians must bring him personally and pick him up personally at the end of the competition day. In this case, parents, relatives or guardians must provide an APPLICATION-CONSENT that they bear full and personal responsibility for the safety of a minor participant left unaccompanied.
4. Requirements for participants and accompanying persons, according to sanitary standards:
- entrance strictly according to the Ashyq application
- strict adherence to the mask regime
- the obligatory presence of pocket antibacterial agents
The admission is limited:
- at elevated temperatures
- with symptoms of Covid-19 and ARV
In case of withdrawal from participation for the above reasons, the fee is non-refundable.
You can edit your events till July 31st. Please, contact organizing team for that.
If you register after the competitor limit is reached, your registration will be put in a waiting list. The deadline for being accepted is July 31st, after that additional registrations will be deleted.
