If you have read the terms of registration and the terms of payment of the fee in the tab "How to pay / How to pay for participation", then you can proceed to registration.For payment: Site(https://kecenter.kz/)
After paying the fee, your name will appear on the site. This means that your application has been accepted.
If you did not pay the fee, then approximately 1-2 weeks before the competition you will receive an email with
a reminder to pay a fee to confirm your participation.
Be sure to check your box and spam. If you do not pay the fee, your application will not be
accepted. If you submitted an application and paid the fee, but it was not confirmed within 2 business days, contact the organizers immediately (not counting the weekend).

- Если несовершеннолетний участник остается на чемпионате самостоятельно, то родители, родственники, либо опекуны должны привести его лично и забрать лично по окончании соревновательного дня. При этом родители, родственники либо опекуны должны предоставить ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕ-СОГЛАСИЕ, о том, что они несут полную и личную ответственность за безопасность несовершеннолетнего участника, оставленного без сопровождения.
- Головоломки, используемые в соревнованиях должны иметь отличительные отметки, по которым их легко может идентифицировать владелец (например, нацарапанные инициалы или имя с внутренней стороны съемной крышки)

- If a minor participant stays on the championship independently, then parents, relatives or guardians must bring him in person and pick him up personally at the end of the competition day. At the same time, parents, relatives or guardians must provide an ENTRY-AGREEMENT, that they bear full and personal responsibility for the safety of the minor party left unaccompanied.
- Puzzles for competition must have distinctive marks by which the owner can easily identify them (for example, scratched initials or the name on the inside of the removable center cap).

Team classification of 3 participants from the city!
All competitors who have participated in the league 4 season can participate in this event!
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
