There is a competitor limit of 120 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹1,000 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.

Registration Process

1. Wait until registration opens on Monday, April 28th, 2025 at 5:30 PM IST. You cannot register prior to then. You cannot register after Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at 5:30 PM IST. No exceptions to these will be given. If deemed necessary, we may close registration early.
2. If you have not competed before, create a WCA account here.
3. Fill out the events you will be competing in, any comments you may have about your registration, and press register.
4. Pay the registration fee via the link down below or in the Registration and Payment tab.

Competitors MUST pay their registration fee before being eligible for a spot in the competition.

Waitlist

If the competition is full, a message will be displayed saying such on the competition website. If, after this time, you register and pay for the competition, you will be added to the competition waitlist.

If a competitor cancels their registration, the person at the top of the waitlist will be added to the competitor list.

The Participant should compulsorily register on WCA and should make the payment on or before May 20th,2025.

All the Newcomers are requested to get their valid ID proofs with Date of Birth Mentioned on it.
All the Non Indian Citizens must bring a valid passport.

Fees Structure:

Early Bird offer: Flat fee of ₹1000 applies irrespective of number of events if payment is made on or before May 10th,2024
Regular payment : If payment is made on or after May 11th, regular fee 0f ₹1500 will apply

First time participants

Registration for the event will only be accepted if a person has preregistered on the WCA page AND made the payment.

Please do the payment of each participant separately.

Note:
1) It is mandatory to pay the registration fees and also register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
2) It may take a day or 2 for your name to reflect on competitors list on WCA.
