There is a competitor limit of 70 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 100 ₴ (Ukrainian Hryvnia).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 95% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of 150 ₴ (Ukrainian Hryvnia).
Усі гроші, які не будуть витрачені на організацію будуть передані на підтримку України
Для участі в змаганнях, учасник повинен сплатити реєстраційний внесок:
- 1-2 дисципліни — 100 грн;
- 3-4 дисципліни — 200 грн;
- 5 та більше дисциплін — 250 грн.Для того щоб стати учасником змагань, необхідно оплатити участь заздалегідь; реквізити ви отримаєте протягом доби на електронну скриньку після реєстрації.
Якщо ви реєструєтесь на місці, то участь в 1-2 дисциплінах коштує 150 грн, 3-4 дисципліни — 250 грн, 5 та більше — 300 грн.

To participate in the competition, a participant should pay the registration fee:
- 1-2 events — $2.6;
- 3-4 events — $5.2;
- 5 and more events — $6.5.To become a participant in the competition, it is necessary to pay for participation in advance; you will receive the details within a day in the electronic inbox after registration.
If you register on the spot, participation in 1-2 disciplines costs $3.9, 3-4 disciplines - $6.6, 5 and more - $7.9.

УВАГА!!!
У зв'язку з можливістю повітряної тривоги діти віком до 14 років без супроводу дорослих не будуть допущені до змагань!
Ліцей в якому проводяться змагання має укриття, тож у випадку повітряної тривоги всі учасники повинні спуститись в нього.
Будьте обережні та дотримуйтеся вказівок організаторів у разі тривоги!

Due to the possibility of an air raid, children under the age of 14 unaccompanied by an adult will not be allowed to participate in the competition!
The lyceum where the competition is held has a shelter, so in case of an air raid, all participants must go down to it.
Be careful and follow the instructions of the organizers in case of an alarm!

Din cauza posibilității unui raid aerian, copiii sub 14 ani neînsoțiți de un adult nu vor avea voie să participe la concurs!
Liceul în care se desfășoară concursul dispune de un adăpost, astfel că, în cazul unui raid aerian, toți participanții trebuie să coboare la acesta.
Fiți atenți și urmați instrucțiunile organizatorilor în caz de alarmă!
Поруч з ліцеєм в якому проходитимуть змагання є декілька закладів харчування (Оззі, Львівські круасани, піцерія "Шо-Шо", тощо), супер маркетів та готелів чи хотелів.
Менше ніж за 10 хвилин можна вийти до головної площі міста, ратуші та вул. кобилянської - там можна купити сувеніри, поїсти, зробити гарні фото та просто пройтись по гарній локації.

- Після виконання інструкцій у вас з'явиться обліковий запис на WCA.

Реєстрація на змагання
Реєстрація на Chernivtsi Open 2024 відкриється 25 січня о 16:00 годині за київським часом. Щоб зареєструватись, виконайте наступні кроки:
- Натисніть на вкладку "Зареєструватись".
- Ознайомтесь з умовами реєстрації та правилами змагань.
- Виберіть дисципліни, у яких ви плануєте брати участь.
- Вкажіть кількість гостей, які будуть вас супроводжувати.
- Дочекайтесь листа від делегата на пошті з наступними вказівками
Також ви можете зареєструватись прямо на змаганнях, проте тоді вартість змагань збільшується на 50 гривень

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
