Registration fee(Inclusion: certificate of participation and raffle entry) starts at Php 250.00 for the first 3 events and Php 50.00 additional fee for each additional event. Payment-first system shall be implemented before WCA registrations can be approved and included on the official list of registered participants. Registration closes on February 12, 2017 so please pre-register and settle your payments on or before that date. Strictly no refund after the registration cut-off and no walk-in registrations on the day of the event.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
