How do I register?

• You need to pay the registration fee in advance in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payments.

2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €20 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent in the week before the event.

Note: The registration procedure is completed only after you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 80 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register?
Registration will open on February 19th at 21:00 (CET) and close on April 28th at 23:59 (CEST).

How much does it cost?
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €20 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €30 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €20 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few weeks, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.

This process can take up to 30 days since it's not automatic so don't panic if you don't recieve an immediat confirmation :)

Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CEST) of April 28th you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

How does the waiting list work?
You will be put on the waiting list if you complete the registration process after the competitor limit has been reached.
If someone on the competitor list resigns, the first person on the waiting list will be accepted and will receive a confirmation email.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Sunday, April 28th, 2024 at 23:59 CEST. The waiting list will then be closed and all the competitors that didn't manage to secure a spot, will get a 100% refund on the registration fee.

Note: You will be put on the waiting list only after you have paid the registration fee.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are allowed, can attend for free.

Are guests allowed?
Guests are allowed, can attend for free.

• €20 (Euro) per i Soci di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €30 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €20 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validità permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.

Il processo non è automatico e può richiedere fino a 30 giorni, quindi non andate nel panico se non ricevete una conferma immediata :)

Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CEST) del 28 aprile hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Come funziona la lista d'attesa?
Verrai messo in lista d'attesa se completi il processo di registrazione dopo che il limite è già stato raggiunto.
Se un partecipante rinuncia, la prima persona in lista d'attesa verrà accettata e riceverà una mail di conferma.
Le persone in lista d'attesa possono rientrare tra i partecipanti fino al 28 aprile 2024. Dopodichè la lista sarà chiusa e tutti coloro che non sono riusciti ad entrare riceveranno un rimborso del 100% sulla tassa di iscrizione.

N.B. Sarai considerato in lista d'attesa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

Travel

The venue is easily accessible by car.
For those coming from afar or from abroad, it is advisable to take a train or plane to Venice (if you take the train, destination Santa Lucia train station). Then take the Venice-Adria line from Santa Lucia station and get off at the "Cavarzere Centro" station.

Accommodation

For those wishing to stay in the city where the competition will be held, "Hotel Momi's" is recommended, with which an agreement will be made, by calling the hotel number 0426 310 938 directly, the price of the rooms will be discounted by 10% ( 1.3 km from the gym)

Viaggio

La venue è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina.
Per chi viene da lontano o dall'estero, è consigliabile prendere un treno o un aereo con destinazione Venezia (se prendete il treno, destinazione stazione Santa Lucia) e successivamente prendere la linea territoriale Venezia-Adria dalla stazione Santa Lucia, scendendo alla fermata "Cavarzere centro".

Pernottamento

Per chi volesse alloggiare nel paese dove verrà effettuata la competizione é consigliato "Hotel Momi's" con la quale verrà effettuata una convenzione, chiamando direttamente al numero dell'hotel 0426 310 938, il prezzo delle camere verrà scontato del 10% (1.3 km dalla palestra)

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.
