There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is R$30 (Brazilian Real).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of R$35 (Brazilian Real).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Siga todos os passos a seguir para que sua inscrição seja feita corretamente:
- Faça login na sua conta WCA. Se este for seu primeiro campeonato oficial, será necessário criar uma conta WCA. Caso tenha alguma dificuldade em criar uma conta ou em se inscrever (no próximo passo), veja este vídeo.
- Inscreva-se na aba Inscrever. Se já estiver na aba correta, o formulário de inscrição estará abaixo, logo após estas instruções. É necessário estar logado na sua conta WCA para que o formulário de inscrição apareça. Selecione as modalidades que deseja participar, insira as informações necessárias e clique em "Inscrever!".
- Realize o pagamento. O valor da inscrição é de
R$ 30,00, e deve ser pago através da chave PIX: cascavelaocubo@gmail.com. - Envie o comprovante do pagamento no e-mail do organizador Nickolas Naoki Maruyama (nickmaruyama@hotmail.com), juntamente com o nome completo do competidor inscrito.
Sua inscrição será confirmada no site da WCA somente após o envio do comprovante no e-mail acima. Apenas poderão competir aqueles com a inscrição confirmada.
Atente-se para os prazos: as inscrições no site vão até o dia 02/10/2026, e o comprovante de pagamento deve ser enviado por e-mail até o dia 03/10/2026. Após essas datas, serão aceitas inscrições somente no dia do campeonato, até que se esgotem as vagas remanescentes. O valor da inscrição no local será de R$ 35,00.
A inscrição demonstra o compromisso de participação do competidor, e é utilizada para planejamento e organização do campeonato. Por isso, o valor não é reembolsável. Pedimos que não se inscreva em modalidades que não pretende participar.

Please follow the steps below so your registration is done correctly:
1. Log in to your WCA account. If this is your first official competition, you must first create a WCA account. If you need any help with your account creation or registration (on the next step), please watch this video.
2. Register in the Register tab. If you are in the correct tab, you will find the registration form below, right after these instructions. You must be logged in to your WCA account in order to see the registration form. Select the events you wish to participate, enter the necessary information and click the "Register!" button.
3. Pay the registration fee. The registration fee is R$ 30.00, and it must be paid via PIX key: cascavelaocubo@gmail.com.
4. Send your payment voucher to the organizer Nickolas Naoki Maruyama by e-mail (nickmaruyama@hotmail.com). The e-mail must also contain the competitor's full name.
Your registration will be confirmed on the WCA website only after the voucher has been sent by e-mail. Only those with a confirmed registration will be allowed to compete.
Pay attention to the deadlines: registration on the website closes on 10/02/2026, and the payment voucher must be sent via e-mail by 10/03/2026. After that, it will only be possible to register on the competition day, until the remaining vacancies are filled. The registration fee on the competition day will be R$ 35,00.
Your registration represents your commitment to participate as a competitor, and it is important for planning and organizing the event. Therefore, registrations are non-refundable. Please do not register for events you don't intend to participate.
