On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $35,000 (Colombian Peso).

R: Todas las edades son bienvenidas, pero en general los competidores tienen entre 10 y 20 años. Pero no dejes que esto te detenga, ¡todo el mundo puede y debe jugar al cubo!

We wanted to let you know this event is perfectly fine for cubers of any age and experience. We just ask you know a couple things before coming to compete...

Q&A:
Q: Do I use my own cube to compete?
A: YES! You are responsible for your own hardware in order to compete.
Q: What is the normal age of competitors at these events?
A: All ages are welcome, but in general competitors are between 10 and 20 years old. Don't let this stop you though, everyone can and should cube!
Q: How do I find results?
A: All results are posted on the WCA page a couple of days after the competition finishes. However, for the day of competing, go to WCA Live to find information about current events. This is also where you will find information about 2nd and 3rd rounds of events.
Q: Can I have fun at this event?
A: HECK YES! Cubing is amazing, and we sincerely hope you enjoy the competition!
🍱 Hora de almuerzo del torneo
Durante el torneo tenemos 1 hora destinada al almuerzo. Como estaremos en el barrio Caribe Verde, sabemos que conseguir comida en la zona puede ser un poco más complicado que en otros lugares donde normalmente realizamos torneos, especialmente por la poca disponibilidad de restaurantes y domicilios a través de aplicaciones como Rappi o DiDi.
Por eso, para que nadie tenga que salir del lugar, esperar un domicilio o perder parte del tiempo de descanso, coordinamos con un restaurante que llevará los almuerzos directamente al torneo.
💰 Precio: $16.000 COP por almuerzo (Almuerzo ejecutivo)

📋 ¿Cómo funcionará?
📅 Desde la semana anterior al torneo
Estaremos recibiendo los pedidos de quienes quieran adquirir el almuerzo. Esto nos permitirá organizar las cantidades y coordinar todo con el restaurante con suficiente anticipación.
📅 Un día antes del torneo
Se hará la confirmación final del menú y de la cantidad de almuerzos solicitados, dejando el pedido listo para el día del evento.
🏆 El día del torneo
Los almuerzos serán entregados directamente en Caribe Verde. Así podremos aprovechar mejor la hora de almuerzo, sin desplazamientos ni esperas innecesarias.
🧩 ¿Por qué hacerlo de esta manera?
Queremos que durante esa hora puedan comer tranquilos, descansar un poco y volver a la competencia a tiempo. Tener los almuerzos coordinados previamente también nos ayuda a mantener el cronograma del torneo sin retrasos.

🍱 Competition Lunch Break
During the competition, we’ve set aside 1 hour for lunch. Since we’ll be in the Caribe Verde neighborhood, we know that getting food in the area can be a bit more challenging than in other places where we usually hold competitions, especially due to the limited availability of restaurants and delivery options through apps like Rappi or DiDi.
That’s why, to ensure no one has to leave the venue, wait for a delivery, or lose part of their break time, we’ve arranged for a restaurant to bring lunches directly to the competition venue.
💰 Price: 16,000 COP per lunch (prix fixe lunch)

📋 How will it work?
📅 Starting the week before the competition
We’ll be taking orders from anyone who wants to purchase lunch. This will allow us to determine the quantities and coordinate everything with the restaurant well in advance.
📅 One day before the competition
We’ll finalize the menu and the number of lunches ordered, ensuring the order is ready for the day of the event.
🏆 On the day of the competition
Lunches will be delivered directly to Caribe Verde. This way, we can make the most of our lunch break without unnecessary travel or waiting.
🧩 Why do it this way?
We want you to be able to eat in peace during that hour, rest a bit, and return to the competition on time. Having lunches arranged in advance also helps us
keep the competition running smoothly and avoid unnecessary delays 🧩🍱.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Advancement Condition
The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
