Information

The registration fee will be $21 per competitor and there is a competitor limit of 130. Registration will open on March 9th, 2017 at 6pm CST, and will close on June 17th, 2017 or when the competitor limit is reached. Competitors MUST register and pay online in order to compete. No at-the-door registrations or payments will be accepted. ALL SPECTATORS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND FOR FREE.

At-door registration will be accepted from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm on the day of the competition, until the competitor limit of 130 is reached (eg. there are 16 at-door spots available). The at-door registration fee is $25. Competitors must register a minimum of 15 minutes before the earliest event they wish to compete in.

If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, please contact us. If it is before June 14th, you are eligible for a refund for half of your fee on the condition that there is someone on the waitlist willing to take your spot. Attempting to file a chargeback for the registration fee will lead to being blacklisted from future WCA events.
