Estamos muy emocionados por volver a reencontrarnos y retomar las competencias. Te esperamos para pasar un divertido torneo juntos.

There is a competitor limit of 35 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₲20,000 (Paraguayan Guaraní).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Active CSCpy members are exempt from tournament payment
Participants from abroad may pay on the day of the competition after notifying the event organizers
The other participants will be able to pay in the Club events prior to the tournament (which will be announced on our social networks)
They can also do it through the SIPAP service (bank transfer) to the account:

Por cualquier asunto relacionado con el torneo, dudas, consultas, inconvenientes, contactarse con el contacto del organizador en la pestaña de inicio o enviando un correo al Club de Speedcubing Paraguay
De acuerdo a la derogación del Decreto N° 3.456, del 16 de marzo de 2020, “Por el cual se declara Estado de Emergencia Sanitaria en todo el territorio nacional”, y a su vez el uso obligatorio del tapaboca, se establecerán las siguientes medidas durante la competencia:
- El uso de mascarilla y lavado de manos no será obligatorio, pero sí altamente recomendado durante el desarrollo del torneo
- Puedes llevar a todos los acompañantes que quieras, pero el espacio es limitado. Si no caben todos los espectadores, se pedirá que solo un acompañante por espectador entre en el salón
- Se solicita a cada competidor traer un bolígrafo azul y negro (para reducir zonas de contacto comunitarias, por ej: a la hora de firmar los scoresheets)

According to the repeal of Decree No. 3,456 of March 16, 2020, "By which a State of Sanitary Emergency is declared throughout the national territory", and in turn the mandatory use of the mouthpiece, the following measures will be established during the competition:
- The use of mask and hand washing will not be mandatory, but highly recommended during the development of the tournament.
- You can bring as many companions as you want, but space is limited. If not all spectators can fit, only one companion per spectator will be asked to enter the room.
- Each competitor is requested to bring a blue and black pen (to reduce communal contact areas, e.g. when signing scoresheets).
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
