- The competition will be held on the 2nd floor of the Complex
- Make sure you are at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. You won't be allowed to participate in an event if you reach late.
- All the participants are requested to volunteer in the competition
- If you are participating in a WCA competition for the first time or are not familiar with the competition rules, please go through the WCA Regulations
- If you are participating in a WCA Competition for the first time, please bring your official govt. ID card as well.

There is a competitor limit of 25 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹800 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of ₹1,000 (Indian Rupee).

Note: Uber and Ola are not available in Alappuzha. But don't worry you can take local autos.
Nearest Airport: Cochin International Airport (COK) - approx 83 kms from the venue.
(Auto rickshaws and buses to Alappuzha are easily available for transport. You can also avail the taxi service but that might be expensive).
Nearest Railway Station: Alappuzha Railway Station (APY) - approx 4 kms from the venue. (auto rickshaw, Bus and taxi services are available).
Nearest Bus Stand: Alappuzha KSRTC Bus Stand - 1.3 kms from the venue. (auto rickshaw services are available).

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Advancement Condition
The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
