For the finals of 3x3, 2x2, 4x4, OH, Clock, Pyraminx, and Skewb, 8 spots will be reserved for the fastest Belgian competitors. Advancement from the previous round will first include the 8 best competitors from Belgium, followed by the remaining top competitors regardless of region. This is in accordance with Regulation 9p2b.

This competition is open to everyone. Registration starts on September 22, 2025.

The entry fees for competitors is €35, guests can attend free of charge. This must be paid in advance, by following the instructions below.

When 200 competitors have completed their registration by paying the entry fee, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be started.

How to register

1. Fill in the form on this site.
2. Pay the entry fee. You can only pay by credit card via the WCA website!
3. Then, we will accept your registration and your name will show up on the registration list. Your registration will only be accepted as soon as we have received your payment.

Cancellation

If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before November 14, 2025 (the Friday before the competition), we will refund half of your entry fee.

Change events

You can change the events you are registered for on on this site, until the Friday before the competition.

By car
Participants and their guests may use the PXL parking facilities (P7 + P8). We recommend using Parking 7 (see the picture). From there, it’s just a short walk across the bridge to the venue.

By public transport
The venue is located approximately a 30-minute walk from Hasselt railway station. Alternatively, one can take a bus from the station to the swimming pool and walk the remaining 200 meters.

Competitors should have received an email to order sandwiches (deadline: 15/11).
On site, there are vending machines for drinks, these only accept coins.
There is an Albert Heijn next to the parking area, and this store is open on both weekend days.

Every competitor will receive a T-shirt featuring the competition logo. Please indicate your preferred size (XS–S–M–L–XL–XXL–3XL) in the comments section of your registration.
If no size is specified, size M will automatically be assigned.
Competitors who wish to order additional T-shirts are requested to contact the organizers to make the necessary arrangements.

Competitors who have been accepted from the waiting list are not guaranteed the size they originally requested. We will do our best to ensure that the size you receive is as close as possible.

Q: I can’t come to the competition anymore, what should I do?
A: Please let us know as soon as you know you can no longer come. Competitions usually fill up pretty quickly and notifying us of your absence allows us to accept someone from the waiting list. 50% of your payment will be refunded if you unsubscribe before Friday, November 14 at 8:00 PM.
Q: I am on the waiting list. What happens now?
A: If a competitor drops out before Friday, November 14, at 8:00 PM, their spot will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list. If a spot does not become available for you, you will receive a full refund. In case you wish to drop out of the waiting list please email us at the contact link on the General Info page, and we will remove you and issue a full refund.
Q: Can I change the events I am registered for?
A: Yes you can change your events until Friday, November 14, at 8:00 PM. You can change your event selection on the register tab.
Q: Do I have to bring my own equipment to participate?
A: Make sure to bring cubes for all events you are competing in and look after them, you don't want them to go missing. However, there is no need to bring a mat or timer, unless you want to use them for your training.
Q: What do I do when I arrive?
A: The first thing you do when you arrive is find the registration desk. If you are a new competitor, remember to take with you an identity document it may be requested at the registration desk. The person who will welcome you can then guide you and answer your first questions.
Q: When can I leave the competition?
A: You are more than welcome to leave whenever you want. If you have no more events left then you are not required to stay.
Q: How do I find results?
A: All the results will be found on this page a couple of days after the competition, once they have all been checked and uploaded. If you are looking for live results, they can all be found on WCA live.

A: Laat ons zo snel mogelijk weten als je niet kunt deelnemen. Omdat competities vaak snel vol raken, kunnen we jouw plek dan doorgeven aan iemand op de wachtlijst. Meld je je af vóór 22 september om 20:00 , dan ontvang je 50% van je inschrijfgeld terug.
V: Ik sta op de wachtlijst. Wat gebeurt er nu?

V: Moet ik mijn eigen materiaal meenemen om mee te doen?
A: Vergeet niet je eigen kubussen mee te nemen voor alle onderdelen waarvoor je bent ingeschreven. Let er goed op dat je ze niet kwijtraakt. Een mat of timer hoef je niet mee te brengen, tenzij je ze graag voor je eigen training wilt gebruiken.
V: Wat moet ik doen als ik aankom?

A: Je bent vrij om te vertrekken wanneer je wilt. Als je geen onderdelen meer hebt, ben je niet verplicht om te blijven.
V: Waar vind ik de uitslagen?
A: Alle uitslagen worden enkele dagen na de competitie op deze pagina geplaatst, zodra ze gecontroleerd en geüpload zijn. Als je live resultaten wilt bekijken, kun je deze vinden op WCA live.

Q : Est-ce que je dois prendre mon propre équipement pour participer ?
R : Apportez vos cubes pour tous les événements auxquels vous participez, et faites attention à ne pas les perdre. Cependant, il n’est pas nécessaire d’apporter votre propre timer ou tapis, sauf si vous voulez les utiliser pour vous échauffer.
Q : Que dois-je faire à mon arrivée ?
