Baywalk Sides 2025 is a speedcubing competition that will be held at Baywalk Mall, Jakarta. It will be held for 2 days, is open to the public, and will hold every side event.

Q: How fast do I have to be to compete?
A: As long as you follow the WCA regulations and complete solves under the time limit, it would count as an official solve!
Q: How do I check if my registration has been accepted?
A: You can check it on the "Competitors" tab and searching your name. If your name is there, then your registration has been accepted!
Q: What is a cutoff?
A: A cutoff is a time limit within which a solve must be completed to be considered valid for an average. In a round with a cutoff, you have two solves to get a time below the cutoff (example, < 2:00.00). If not a single one of your solves get under the cutoff time, then you will not be able to finish the last 3 solves of your average.
Q: Where do I check the full list of rules for WCA competitions?
A: You can check them in the WCA Regulations.
Q: How old do I have to be to compete?
A: You can be any age to compete.
Q: How do I know if I have progressed to the next round?
A: You can check it in the WCA Live.

In this category, the Event that being contested is 3x3x3 for children aged under 10 years and the scoring system will be based from the results of the first round of 3x3x3 with the fastest time recorded, 3 winners will be taken winner from this category and will be announced during the awardings.

NOTICE FOR ALL COMPETITORS
Every competitor will be asked to judge after they compete in their event.
The competitor will move to the judge seat after they are done competing.
(e.g. After competing, competitor in group one, station one will be a judge in group two station one . Then after they are done, the competitor in group two station one will be a judge for the competitor in group three station one. So on and so forth).
Failure to comply will result in disqualification from the event (WCA Regulation 1e2)
WCA Regulation 1e2, Every competitor must be available for judging. If required to judge, a competitor may be excused only for a legitimate reason (e.g. being unfamiliar with a puzzle), at the discretion of the WCA Delegate. Penalty: disqualification from an event, multiple events, or all events at that competition)

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
