- Each competitor must be familiar with and understand the WCA Regulations before the competition.

In order to get to Baku Engineering University, you can take either bus number "199" from the bus stop next to Ganjlik Mall or bus number "135" from the bus stop near the exit of Memar Ajami metro station. Baku Engineering University is the last stop of both of the buses.

Azerbaijan Cube Association
ACA was founded on the 11th of April 2015 and the goal of ACA is to organize competitions in the country and to make cubers know each other. The organisation is currently running by 4 Board Members: Mahir Israfilov (President), Javid Nabizade, Rahim Mammadli, Seyran Mammadov; 3 Executive Members: Aslan Kazimov, Farid Hasanov, Mikhail Gitlin; and 1 Delegate: Javid Nabizade.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
