대회 참가 유의 사항 (tips for competing in a WCA competition)

*주의 : 처음 회원가입하시는 분은 성명을 기재할 때 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
영문 성명(여권이 있는 경우 여권 상의 철자와 동일하게 기재)은 필수이며, 국문 성명은 선택사항이므로 원하신다면 괄호 안에 입력해주십시오.

모든 참가자는 요청을 받을 경우 반드시 스태프로 활동해주셔야 합니다.

참가 신청 + 대회 참가비 납부 = 참가 접수 완료

. 참가 접수가 완료된 시간 기준, 선착순으로 참가 승인이 이루어 집니다.
. 대회 참가 승인은 자동이 아닌 수동으로 이루어집니다.
참가 접수 완료 후, 3일이 지나도 참가자 명단에 본인의 이름이 올라오지 않았을 경우 이메일을 보내주세요.

대회 참가비: 기본료 5,000원, 종목당 5,000원 (한국큐브문화진흥회 정회원은 10,000원 추후 환급)
* 예시: 1종목은 5,000원 + 5,000원 *1 = 10,000원 (4종목 참가하는 정회원은 10,000원 추후 환급)
동반자 비용: 0원

• 참가 신청과 함께 결제를 해주셔야 합니다. 참가 접수를 완료하기 위해서는 기본료 및 참가하고자 하는 모든 종목의 추가 비용을 함께 결제해주셔야 합니다.
• 참가 접수가 마감되기 전까지 종목을 추가하고 추가 비용을 더 납부하거나, 종목을 취소하여 환불 요청을 하실 수 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 환불정책을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

• 두 종목의 추가 비용이 동일하더라도 종목을 교체하실 수는 없습니다. 이 경우, 종목 추가와 종목 취소를 각각 별도로 진행하셔야 합니다.

• 반드시 접수 기간 내에 대회 참가비 납부를 완료하셔야 합니다.

• 접수 기간이 끝난 이후에 종목 변경은 불가능합니다.

• 환불 정책
  선수가 스스로 취소한 종목은 종목 비용의 50%가 환불됩니다.
  참가가 승인된 선수가 전 종목을 취소하면 대회 참가 취소로 간주합니다. (종목 비용의 50%만 환불되며 기본료는 환불되지 않습니다.)
  최종적으로 참가가 승인되지 않은 선수만 기본료와 종목 참가비 모두 전액 환불 됩니다.

환불 처리에 소요되는 기간은 환불 신청일로부터 최대 1주일입니다. 기본료는 환불되지 않으므로 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

All participants are expected to staff the competition, upon request.

Registration on external website + payment of registration fee = registration complete

. Registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis according to the completion of registration.
. Approval of the competitor registrations is done manually, not automatically.
If your name does not appear on the competitor list after 3 days of registration fee payment, then please send us an email.

Registration fee: base fee is 5,000 WON and fee for event is 5,000 WON (KCCU members get a 10,000 WON discount.)
* Example: 1 events is 5,000 WON + 5,000 WON * 1 = 10,000 WON (KCCU members get a 10,000 WON discount.)
Spectator fee: 0 WON

• Payment is part of the registration process. You must pay for the base fee and all events you registered for in order for that registration to be considered complete.
• You may update your registration (and make the additional payment or request a refund) before registration closes. Please check out the refund policy below for details.

• You cannot switch one event for another one even if the costs match; this must be done by making two separate requests, adding one event and removing one event.

• You must complete the registration fee payment within the registration period.

• After the registration period, you cannot modify your event list.

• Refund policy
  If a competitor cancels an event, then only 50% of the event fee will be refunded.
  If a competitor cancels all events, then this will be considered canceling the entire competition. (You will get a 50% refund of all event fees, but not the base fee.)
  You are eligible for a full refund (base fee + event fees) only if you did not make the competitor list.

Refunds may take up to one week to get processed. Note that there is no case where the base fee will get refunded.
