Information

If you are a new competitor, please make sure to read all the information in the New Competitor Information tab before registering.
All competitors should be familiar with the information in all the tabs. Check out all the Tabs for more detailed information.
All the participants are requested to volunteer in the competition and every participant (except newcomers) will be assigned to a particular event they have to either judge, scramble, etc for the group/event.
Make sure you are available at the venue at least 20 minutes prior to your respective event's start time.
You won't be allowed to participate in an event if you reach late.
No exceptions will be made unless discussed with the WCA Delegates in advance (contact us via the "Contact" section on the main page)
The final decision and rights to accept/deny the exeception request remains with the WCA Delegates.
If you're participating in a WCA competition for first time, please bring your goverment ID card for verification.

There is a competitor limit of 35 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹750 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Registration Fees: Flat 750/- INR inclusive of all events

Please check your respective mail ID's through which you will receive all the communications from the organising team.

All the Newcomers are requested to get their valid ID proofs with Date of Birth Mentioned on it.

Notes :
1. It is mandatory to both pay the registration fees & register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
2. Wait for 48 hours to get your registration confirmed after payment has been done.
3. Those who have registered on WCA but have failed to make payment or those who just make the payment and do not register on WCA will be considered as NOT REGISTERED and will not be allowed to participate.
