Registration requirements for the competition:
Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 110 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €20 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of €5 (Euro).

Die folgenden Schritte müssen erfüllt sein:
[1) Dieser Schritt gilt NUR für Newcomer und Teilnehmer ohne WCA-Account: Erstellung eines WCA-Accounts]
2) Zahlung des erforderlichen Betrags (20€ pro Teilnehmer) per PayPal unter Nennung des Teilnehmernamens. Eine Zahlung gilt erst dann als geleistet, wenn wir diese eindeutig zuordnen können.
* Bitte aktiviere nicht den optionalen Käuferschutz, da hierfür eine Gebühr vom gezahlten Eintrittspreis abgezogen wird.
3) Anmeldung für den Wettbewerb über das Anmeldeformular.
Wichtig
Deine Anmeldung gilt erst als vollständig, wenn alle Schritte der Anmeldung erfüllt sind, d.h. bei erfolgter Anmeldung über das Formular und erfolgter Zahlung. Es ist explizit erlaubt, die Anmeldegebühr vor Öffnung der Anmeldung zu zahlen (bitte frühestens ab dem 27.03.2023, 19:00 MESZ).
Falls du keinen Zugang zu PayPal besitzt, kontaktiere bitte die Organisatoren möglichst frühzeitig unter aaseealgorithms2023@gmail.com
Wenn das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde, erhältst du einen Platz auf der Warteliste. Danach erhältst du eine E-Mail, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte.
Falls du keinen freien Teilnehmerplatz mehr erlangen solltest, wird die Anmeldegebühr selbstverständlich erstattet.
Wir bitten alle Gäste, ihre Eintrittsgebühr vor Ort zu bezahlen.

2) Payment (20€ per competitior) via PayPal. Please mention the name of the competitor. A payment is only considered to be made once we can clearly match it.
* Please do not activate the optional buyer protection as this will be deducted as a fee from the amount you pay.
3) Registration for the competition using the registration form.
Important
Your registration is only complete, if all steps have been followed, so you have to register via the registration form and pay the fee. It is explicitely allowed to pay in advance prior to the opening of the registration (no earlier than 27.03.2023, 19:00 CEST).

If you have registered and the competitor limit has been reached, you will receive a spot on the waiting list. You will be notified via E-Mail once a spot for you frees up.
If you don't obtain a free spot until registration closes, you will get a full refund.
We kindly request guests to pay their fee on-site.
