Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is Rs.300 (Nepalese Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of Rs.400 (Nepalese Rupee).

Payment Details

Each participant is required to pay a registration fee to compete in the event. This fee helps cover venue costs, materials, and other expenses related to the competition.

Registration is only approved after completion of payment.

Registration Fee Breakdown:

We have a fixed registration fee, regardless of the number of events you participate in.

Online registration = Rs 300
On-the-spot registration = Rs 400

Payment Procedure:

1. Online payment

Participants registered through the WCA competition page can pay the online registration fee of Rs 300 through eSewa or Khalti.

2. Cash Payment

Cash payment will be available during check-in if the competitor limit of 50 has not been reached:

Participants who have already registered online but have not paid can pay the online registration fee of Rs 300 during check-in time.
Participants who have not registered online must pay the on-site registration fee of Rs 400.

Participants who prefer to pay via bank transfer can contact the organizers for the bank account details.

How to Pay Online:

You can pay the Rs 300 online registration fee through eSewa or Khalti. Simply scan the appropriate QR code below, or use Send Money to 9866884210 (Account Holder: Surav Krishna Shrestha).

Please include your full name in the remarks so we can easily match the payment with your registration.

If the remarks input is not available, please contact the organizers with payment details to avoid confusion for registration approval.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message.
Please keep this confirmation (screenshot or receipt) as proof of payment, as it may be required during the event check-in.

Note:

All currencies are in Nepalese Rupees.
Competitor's name will be published in the competitor list within 48 hours of completing the registration, i.e. online registration and online payment.
The Registration fee is not refundable under any circumstance.
On-The-Spot (OTS) Registration will be available during check-in time if the competitor limit of 50 is not reached. OTS will not be available if the limit is reached before the competition date.
