Perhaps the regulations should clarify what continent people compete for. After the Russian competition, I thought about countries that were split across continents (.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transcontinental_country) Now, it seems like it's based off the the UN Geoscheme (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UN_geoscheme) where all of Russia is considered Europe, Hawaii is considered North America, etc.... I know Ron wants to avoid political things in the regulations, but does anyone have a good way of expressing what continent a certain country belongs to? Not that I think we have a huge issue, it's just one of those things where we try to get the regulations to be clear about all aspects.
