Regulations available at competitions

I suggest another regulation: The competition organizer should print the regulations and hang them out so that everybody can easily find and read them at the competition (not in order to read them for the first time, but in order to reread parts they're unsure about).

I support the idea that a printed version of the regulations must be available at competitions. That has been the case at all competitions in Sweden (Only the English version was printed... ;).

Thanks for the suggestion. I always bring an electronic copy on a laptop. Would that be enough? Ron

If everybody has easy access to it during the competition, I think it's enough. It's just a matter of being able to check the rules if necessary, and as long as this is provided in one way or another... I still think it should be in the rules that the rules must be available at the competition. Had I known you had them on your computer, I might've looked into them once or twice.

Yes, IF the access is easy. In principle, it implies that a laptop must be dedicated for this use. Probably more practical with a printed version...
