Incident: An attempt was found to be misscrambled by one move

Incident description and resolution:

DISCLAIMER: Since the resolution of this incident, the regulation 11i has been updated. The outcome of this incident wouldn't change, but how it should be handled is now explicitely stated in the regulations.

During the competition, after the round was completed, scrambles were verified as a competitor broke a record.

• At Hanoi Super Brain Zyo 2023, one of the attempts in 3x3x3 Cube was found to be misscrambled by the first move of the scramble, affecting only the last move of the solution.
• At Michigan Speedcubing Spring 2023, one of the attempts in Pyraminx was found to be misscrambled by a tip affecting only one move of the solution.

Although the solution was barely affected, and it was similar in difficulty in both cases, the voting among WRC members resulted in a decision to keep the extra solve following the standard misscrambles procedure.
