Incident: Competitor knocked over cover while setting up camera

A competitor accidentally knocked over the cube cover while setting up their camera. Incidents like this are ruled as DNFs (not DNS's). The ruling is determined as such because it is the fault of the competitor that they are seeing their cube early.
