Your correct day of birth in the format YYYY-MM-DD
To prove your identity and your correct date of birth to us, you have to attach a picture of any legal document (identity card, driver license, student card, passport, birth certificate, ...) where your name and date of birth are visible and understandable for an English speaker (or contact your local WCA Delegate if you don't have such a document). On the identification we need at minimum your name and date of birth; feel free to blur-out/obfuscate any other personal data on the identification.
