There is a competitor limit of 40 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 50,000 ₫ (Vietnamese Đồng).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Lệ phí thi cho giải đấu là 50.000 VND, được thanh toán qua chuyển khoản. Các thí sinh nước ngoài không thể thanh toán qua chuyển khoản vui lòng liên hệ BTC tại cubinghanoi@gmail.com để yêu cầu thanh toán tại chỗ.
Thí sinh sẽ được miễn lệ phí đăng ký cho giải đấu này nếu đã tham gia giải đấu Vietnam Championship 2026; xin vui lòng ghi chú ở phần bình luận nếu thí sinh đã tham dự giải đấu này.

Sau khi đơn đăng ký đã đóng, BTC sẽ không chấp nhận hoàn tiền, trừ trường hợp bất khả kháng.
The registration fee for this competition is 50.000 VND, to be paid via wire transfer. Foreign competitors who are unable to pay the fee via wire transfer should reach out to the organizers at cubinghanoi@gmail.com to arrange for on-the-spot payment.
Registration will be free for those who have competed in Vietnam Championship 2026; please note this in the comment of your registration if this is the case.

Registrations will be accepted within 48 hours. No refunds will be granted after registration has closed, with exceptions made for force majure.
